Growing up in a nuclear family allows you to be naive and believe in true love. Everyone has some dysfunction and you have to see that. I think having divorced parents but a good father figure shows kids the reality. Obviously everyone responds differently to their environment, though.

As I (27) slowly watch my buddies fall into the marriage trap one by one, I become more grateful every day that I found TRP. The internet really gives people every opportunity to better themselves so there's no excuses anymore.

If we're talking Florida, Sarasota is an awesome town. I spent a week there, beautiful girls and the town as a whole seems like it has a pretty young crowd.

They're getting old, especially because I don't believe they're real. Maybe some are, but not all of them.

You just have to be prepared to be very involved in raising any kids you have. I may decide to have kids but it won't be until I'm in a position to spend a lot of time with them and handle the financial burden

It's definitely not great for the population as a whole but it certainly increases our value as we're able to see through the bullshit

165 with a barbell row? Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think that's too bad for where you're at. My row is about the same and I deadlifted well over 3 plates

It's a little different if he has his kids to defend him. When my parents got divorced I (11 years old) was taken to a judge and told him everything I could about my mom being irresponsible and is wanting to live with my dad. He got full custody of his 3 children and she has to pay child support. She's actually been arrested for not paying as well.

An important detail here is that you need to measure your free T levels. Overall T consists of T already being used for other purposes (Sexual Binding Globulin and Estrogen) but only free T is bioavailable for the brain, skeletal muscle, etc. so you could have normal T levels but low free T. I would also be careful with rushing to get TRT. Most men can boost their T levels with proper diet, exercise, and most importantly high quality sleep. Artificially bumping testosterone, like with most other…

Idk dude I've seen plenty of guys do fucked up shit to girls they don't care about. You can never make generalizations like that. Think about how many men have physically beaten their wives? Both genders are capable of being pieces of shit.

Which is exactly why you keep finding more. Your goal was never to LTR her in the first place and if she leaves you for someone else that's all the better.

SE Asian is top of my list with Patagonia but I don't think you can do those places justice with just a week or two vacation.

I hear every word of that man. I know a guy who stopped drinking, hanging around his friends, etc so he could focus more time on his music and he's easily the best musician in the group of friends but no one can put two and two together. I know this sub tends to look down upon not drinking but to me getting drunk is no different than jerking off or posting something to Instagram. It's a distraction that does absolutely nothing to further your personal development. Unfortunately after my Giants g…

The fuck does being an atheist have to do with anything? Regardless, If he wants to get a vasectomy, whatever his rationale may be, it's his own decision. LTR on the pill? No way am I trusting her. Pull out? No way I'm rolling that dice. Condoms are the only real option

It may sound drastic but this would undoubtedly decrease population which is a fucking great idea considering there are too many people on this earth that we don't have the technology or resources to sustain for very long.

Yea this is all worst case scenario because I didn't close the night I met her. I'm talking to a few other girls but want to see if I can still make something happen with this one.

And give yourself skin cancer. The rest of the shitty advice depends on the person but no one should put sunblock on every day.

Sunblock every time you leave the house? Are you fucking retarded? Sunblock prevents your body from absorbing the UV rays that allow your body to synthesize vitamin D. This is how you get skin cancer.

Over time, sure. Not at 25. Most college grads who didn't have their parents' help are $80k+ in debt, and that's the low end. Unless he has a mortgage he should be able to save a good amount of his income.

First thing I can say is don't best yourself up over not having a college education. You're way better off financially by not having all that debt. But you need to be responsibly with your money. Spending it on alcohol and weed is wasteful. Start by replacing those habits with good ones. It won't happen over night but you just have to do it.

You can do it without drinking. It's harder, and sleep becomes an issue. But I've gone 6 months without drinking and I still have fun when I go out with friends. I just made health a priority over drinking.

This is something I've thought about a lot. And it's important to note that the impetus behind doing these things should not be getting laid. I want to learn to fly because it's fucking cool and there's no reason I shouldn't know.

Have a room in my house on Airbnb in the NYC area. Just had a 21yr Engineering student make a 12 hour drive to come here for his spring break. I later found out he was coming to see a girl, an old family friend that he hasn't seen since he was 10. Claims they were best friends and he is going to ask her to marry him. After being questioned by police for spending hours in the laundromat waiting for her to get home from work, she blocked all contact with him and he's been sobbing ever since tellin…

You're absolutely correct here, but he's saying do one of the big 4 once a week. With that much rest in between lifts you better max out. In my opinion a much better schedule would be hitting each body part 3 times a week but not going to fatigue each workout. There's no reason you can't squat and bench in the same day. Energy and soreness won't be an issue because you aren't going to failure.

Yea man, if you're seeking out advice from other people don't make it difficult for us to read and understand. If you can't put in the effort to type complete sentences with proper grammar because your "fingers hurt", then you're in the wrong place.

Definitely agree here. Engineers are desired in almost any field (Tom Landry, legendary football coach, was an engineer). And business is easy enough to minor in.

That's awesome information, thanks for sharing. It's cool hearing stories like this from chicks. Some people don't realize that before all else, you have to just be a human being. Sure, little tips like using Kino will help at times. But if you don't make an honest assessment of how the girl you're talking to is feeling, and make decisions based on that, you'll never get anywhere.

If you're fully confident than it shouldn't make a difference. I don't like to drink, maybe once a month at most. But there's no denying it helps loosen you up. If you're just looking to get laid, it may be more necessary. But if you're interested in a real relationship I would try to look elsewhere than bars/clubs. The girl I'm seeing now I met at a concert. Right off the bat I casually mentioned that I don't drink. Boom. Done. No issues. If she continues to talk to me then she clearly doesn't …

Definitely an accomplishment. I'm 26 now and wish I took more risks in high school. You can get away with almost anything. It's the best time to learn and get comfortable being yourself. In 5 years you won't talk to many of those people anyway.

You'll calm down when you get more experience talking to girls. Good for you actually getting the balls to talk to her though. Send her a DM, and maybe pull back on the aggressiveness a tad. You've already made it clear that you're interested, take the opportunity to just get to know her and see where it goes from there.

Yea what rappingwhiteguys said. You could easily focus on girls now and do well, but later on it won't be as impactful as if you had focused on building your own skills now. Be the best at something. Later on in life that stuff will be way more valuable, not just with girls but life in general.

Tried to find the exact post in /r/seddit that mentions it but basically it goes like this - Stop waiting for the "perfect moment" to go for the kiss. It doesn't exist. When you want to do it, just say "wait", stop the conversation and kiss her.
