1	How do you ask someone out without sounding weak I know it sounds bad but it's really not. I usually ask her "hey wanna do dinner Friday?" But I figure that maybe if I can make this an area of the relationship where I'm telling and not asking, then maybe I can start doing that with other parts of the relationship. 1	How do I be direct without sounding forceful The reason that I worry about being forceful has to do with the fact that I usually try to avoid conflict. And the best way to avoid conflict is to just not push anything so I try not to be forceful. But I've been overcoming that fear and hopefully after some time I can get out of this Beta mentality.
