This was a good topic, i identify with this: " i don't want to rely on getting lucky with girls who take the lead." and i give you a tip: when you notice they are the type that takes the lead you imediately say something like "so, can i have your number so we can talk more later?" if she says no, thats great because you left the situation nicely... if she says yes, you choose, but you can ignore her.

i did a similar awkyard thing and i don't consider it as 'ANYTHING' we dont have to chase somebody that didnt show interest dude, train your energy and top explaining its weird flirting at job ior anything, just express you like em
