1	Dealing with gratification It also helps to stay busy with a shit ton of hobbies. That way you are so distracted with doing things that you are focused on receiving texts. I sometimes forget to text people since I get so caught up with doing my own things. I used to feel the same way you are but it helps to just stay busy.
