I already specified that by convicted I mean those who aren't falsely convicted. We need to move past talking about the fact false accusations and convictions exist and settle on a compromise that protects both rape victims and those who are falsely accused.

But unlike the twitter pages, these accusations aren't public and thus have less of a chance of drawing attention.

What about castration for only convicted (as in people who actually committed the crime and weren't falsely accused) rapists. I feel like most actual rapists get a either a slap on the wrist or no punishment at all and the brunt of the punishment falls on those who were falsely accused. I don't want to see innocent people get hurt, but I am also sick of actual rapists getting away with their crimes because they made sure to erase all evidence and intimidate their victims into silence. What would…

I think the anonymity will help though. From what I see, most people make up accusations for 1. Fame and 2. Attention. And when anonymity is added, you can't get those.

She's not saying all of them are evil. Or that they are evil. She's saying there's a lot of sexual harassment from male gamers to female gamers, which is true. Every single time I have dared to reveal I'm a girl in a video game, whether through my voice or a feminine username, I've been harassed. I had men joke about raping me in Sherwood Dungeon because I made the mistake of specifying my gender in my username.

I'm sorry about that. I wish I could've helped you.

The problem with asking a rape victim what they are wearing is that victims of other crimes aren't asked that. No one tells a person who just had their car stolen "well you were wearing flashy clothes so you probably asked for it".

No it doesn't always have to be a physical disability. But comparing one to a simply not being able to date is disingenuous at best.

But people who are ugly, people who are poor, people with social anxiety, and short people still manage to get laid.

Well I'd guess that is because one is a physical disability and one is more of a mental health issue. They aren't really equivalent. Not being able to date ≠ physiological issues.

I hear you, but how does this sub not also have a “woe is me” attitude? The thing that irritates me is that this sub thinks that just because they are right and not as influential they get to do the exact same things as feminism.

What hurts more, giving birth or being kicked in the balls?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
