Legally in most countries it is ingrained at a very low level (constitution, human rights charter, and binding international treaties that basically the whole world is a party of [1]) that the child has a claim against both parents. So I am not sure if this would even be legally possible if the political will was there. Maybe by some kind of indemnification after the fact through the other parent. But honestly we need to see more of those brainstorming posts. Where we think about what is fair po…

Yes 100%. This should be obvious.

I love the spirit! We need to formulate more demands of what should, but isn't, common sense today. Of course the details need to be ironed out still. I haven't thought about it yet.

I don't know you. And you don't provide a ton of information. But from what you said my best advice is this: I see that you are unhappy. You are obviously not happy with your job any more. And you can't focus on studying, maybe because you get distracted by other things that you feel are more urgent right now. So because you feel like you have more urgent problems you don't feel like putting in the work for school. I think the most important thing is this: you sound like you have performance anx…

Maybe maybe not. If it's a gift then I doubt he can get it back but if he's that rich I'm sure a good lawyer can do something... That has to be one of the worst, meaningless answers I have read last month.

I reported her for "directs hate against a protected category: gender". Despite this being only a few days old it was hard finding the post in question because she posts random stuff like 30 times a day. Not worth it imho. Better ignore her. The only thing that makes it noteworthy is that it got relatively few heart votes.

The legal benefits of marriage Here in Austria if the parents are not married at birth, the mother gets sole child custody by default. It's crazy.

Well then stop reading this shit. And stop caring about enraged feminists judging you. If you want to write an article about how some men like big boobs you have my blessing. :-)

Read the article. That's what he tryed. He sued the labratory for not checking the signature. He didn't sue the woman. At least that's what I understood. Maybe the legal chances of suing the woman are lower. I would like to know why he did that.

From reading the article that's what he did unsuccessfully. He sued the sperm bank and not the woman.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
