In my case they acted as though my performance wasn’t up to par even though they couldn’t name and issues and I outperformed all of my peers. This was after mentioning that it’s unprofessional that my ex wife would call in pretending to put in complaints as if she was a customer. In their defense I wouldn’t want to deal with that shit either.

The same exact thing happened to me years ago when I was up for review at my job. All it did was make my company think “well we don’t really want to deal with any of that” and they let me go, not citing any actual performance issues.

Pretty easy to beat a guy. Most guys are afraid to defend themselves because they know they'll be the ones in handcuffs. A woman can continuously hit a guy in the face and very very very few men will retaliate.

Thanks! The whole movement of millennial girls immediately backing the "victim" without any proof just to "dismantle the patriarchy" is insanely scary to me and I'm glad I'm in a committed long term relationship. I'd be too afraid at 24 to try dating any girls my age. I decide I don't want to continue the relationship and I'm likely to be charged with rape.

Cases like this need to be looked at as "teacher has sex with underage student" and not specify the gender. They should be represented only by an attorney and the jury shouldn't know gender, only the facts of the case. That is the only way that these cases will be sentenced equally, but that will obviously never happen.

I think just higher than people suggest or assume, but with the amount of women who KNOW they will get away with hitting a man, I wouldn't be surprised if it is higher than %50 as well.
