In other words, "do whatever you want".

It's true they are all obviously sexist jokes, actually the last is more about blond haired people, not just girls. I think most imagine a girl for those jokes though. Regardless, the first two jokes were much funnier than the last one. The funnyness obviously offsets the sexism so it nets neutral.

I wonder how he didn't understand that... I'd be surprised if it's the first time he's heard such advice.

Does a chart like that exist for men? I'd kind of like to know where I would fall in that ranking system.

I think that's a terrible analogy.

But what if you're so bad with names that you really do forget. Sounds like you're going for the long play, and during that play there's a week or so when you don't see them at all. I mean, I fucking have professors whose names I still don't know.

I find this slightly interesting, but how the fuck does someone get funding to research shit like this?

This was from bash.org right? I can't remember, I haven't been there in a while.

You know, it's funny, I always thought that I was accidentally a "nice guy" when it came to girls. And mostly everything, but recently I noticed that I'm not nice. I don't think that I'm a complete asshole or something, I think a lot of it has to do with me being completely unobservant and because of that I come across as uncaring or uninterested in other people. I've always heard about that "fake it until you become it" sort of philosophy and I feel like I got on the wrong end of that. I would …

You said the word congruent. For some reason I have not heard that word in a long time. I should use that word more often.

Look on the sidebar for the glossary of terms, I think it's the first one in there. But yeah, it's not Alcoholics Anonymous.

So now I had to regroup and asses my options, as far as I see it I have 3 of them: ಠ_ಠ

Haha, I guess. I just thought that was a funny way to start it off after the rather serious preface.

I'm going to make reference to brain science, Buddhism, and meditation, so if that's not your bag no worries. Then I see the first sentence of the actual piece: "Your brain is a lazy asshole." Wat.

What school do you go to that starts so late? I started 2 weeks ago and that is still considered late!

He did bring Germany out of it's depression. It was seriously fucked up before he came along... but at least people weren't being systematically killed.

Archer is funny and it is probably one of my favorite shows. But seriously, if you've watched all the episodes, then you'd kinda see that his banter isn't all that great... But even when he messes up, it's still funny so i guess that counts for something.

No offense, but you were asking for it. You kinda sounded like an asshole, if you didn't differentiate your posts as your own, I would have thought they were the idiots you referred to.

I don't really understand this. I find it hard to believe that there is misandry in videogames. I'm a guy, and I play more videogames then I should and if there ever was any misandry in it, I didn't see it. From what I've gathered though, this is just to parody the feminist "misogyny in videogames". I suppose you could say that there is misogyny in videogames with most female characters being overly sexualized, but still. The person who wrote this article sounds really condescending, I like the …

It is disappointing that the world is like this now. I'm going to be a Sophomore in college and whenever I go to the mall or am somewhere public I'm always really nervous about children and even looking at the girls there (in case they might be underage). So I really just mind my own business and get do what I went there to do.

Can someone explain the men's rights implications of this, it just sounds like straight up police brutality.

All of these jobs are awful and probably pay really shitty. Witht he exception of #7, #4, and #2. So long as being a cheeleading coach is at a university, otherwise it would be too creepy. Even at a college it would be creepy. The reason I leave #4, ambassador to Tahiti on there is because I believe it is part of France, in which case you would be the ambassador to France.

Yeah, those people were idiots, but so was that guy "mike". How he could go there and not expect to run into that sort of behavior is beyond me.

Sure, there are jokes that aren't funny to everyone, but that doesn't mean they can't be said. People now-a-days are just too sensitive and need to stop worrying about insignificant things like this. But this person sounds like they said "keep your semen to yourself" as a way of reinforcing the point that you shouldn't have sec. ( I think so at least, she didn't exactly make a clear point)

I think you need to calm down, I think she was just trying to come up with a clever joke or something that fit into the conversation. Sure I guess it was meant to be hurtful, but still. I've always held firm in the belief that you should be able to joke about anything.

Yeah, the ideas behind the original feminist movement and even currently I suppose are just and something I think everyone can agree with. But the actions and things said now, I feel, are more like complaining about a whole shitload of nothing.
/r/MensRights02/05/12 07:41 PM

That's true. While I do actually despise what Feminism has become, it's beginnings were completely just and long overdue. Now it seems like they just want to complain about everything for the sake of complaining, when in actuality, there is very little amiss. But I'm sure you already know this.

Well, #8 is reasonable. So is that last sentence of #7, #9 doesn't really make sense though.

I would say that rule 1 is okay to keep out. I mean you don't always have to do it, but that's really polite to do with everybody. rule 9. is a definite know. If I don't know how to get where I'm going I'd rather be lost instead of asking for help.
