Once you hold their hand everything else is easy. If you're sitting down somewhere, say you want to show them something else, stand up, and put your hand out. You don't even need to look at them just act like they're expected to do it. From there, play with their fingers, get in close, sit down on a bench while still holding their hand. If you're as charming as you said you were, this shouldn't be hard to move to sexual physicality.

Oh I was referring to the "please be fun" opener. I like yours and I'm gonna add it to my openers.

It's too closed ended. It's so easy for a girl to retort with I am fun and not feel the need to defend it. When you have a more open question/opener, it becomes harder to defend so easily

Vulnerability is putting yourself in a position to be rejected and not caring if you are or not. Using that definition I want you to think of some examples.

Aww dude that sucks man. I have some cringey beginner kino experiences as well. My NYE disaster was pretty funny. This is sort of a field report so I'm gonna tag it with [FR]. My cousin is a DJ who was hired to do one of the biggest new years eve young adult dances in southern California. He tells me to come out from Arizona to help him with everything and I go. It turns out he needed help moving thousands of pounds of staging, lighting, and speakers. So for a couple days leading up to the dance…

Everyone should remember this isn't an explanation, it's a cheat sheet. No one expects you to know what any of this means or how to do it correctly if this is your first time here. Keep googling, learning, and practicing. Don't get discouraged because I know everyone can do this. (not implying OP meant it like that; again thanks for the reminders!)

For future reference, the phrase is "strike while the iron is hot." Go out with her on a Saturday. Maybe an ice rink or a museum. Something fun that involves touching.

Yeah dude pay for the ticket. I thought it was going to be like my school when they're 40 a piece. Also if you don't want to go as friends don't go as friends. Change the frame.

While the movies are never considered a good option for a first date, there is definitely seduction strategy that can help while you're there. When you sit in the theatre, get rid of the arm rest between you. If she set the date she's obviously into you. People close in clubs without saying anything, just through kino. Your kino game needs to be on point in you want anything to happen. Go through some escalation ladders, see what'll work sitting down. Most of all, have fun. But never ever go to …

I love that movie and Ryan Gosling really does exhibit some imperative features of a ladies man, but in the third act it stopped having realistic relationships and was just a romcom. Don't believe everything you see in the movies.

Find confidence. Don't fantasize about anyone romantically until you and her both understand that you are in a romantic relationship. Every girl poops and someone somewhere is sick of their shit. She's not the one, accept that, move on, and fuck other girls.

I must be doing something wrong because I don't have the same experience at all. I honestly cannot figure out where everyone goes every weekend and where everyone finds all this fun. Edit: But I definitely do realize that the girls are amazing.

Cleanliness and effort are the key things here. I'm just really echoing what other people have said but you should put effort into how your apartment looks. Girls notice that stuff. If it looks (or smells) like you haven't cleaned it in months a girl will probably try to eject. If it's ugly, that's OK, just try to make it look nice

The art museum is my favorite. The best one near me is free on Wednesdays, so no real monetary investment if it goes sour. The paintings allow for the conversation to never end, a lot of kino, talking about what a piece makes you feel and easy sexualization (ie: "I'm pretty sure this painting is just a colorful vagina."). When paired with ice cream after and freeway driving it's easily my favorite first date.

Differentiate yourself. She deals with spineless, nervous guys like you who have never touched a girl in their life every fucking day. However, if you act like someone who actually does understand what girls respond to then she'll maybe see that your not like all the other guys.

Jesus. Either do it or don't. Girls don't want to be with some guy who just throws himself around at the first thing that winks at him. Complimenting them shows you're not there just to be the occasional friend. Every other guy is the occasional friend. You're the man she wants to fuck. Men are straightforward with what they want. When you are not straightforward, you act like a woman. If the girl is heterosexual, she won't be into that. Man the hell up.

The boyfriend is probably insecure. It probably wouldn't be hard to exploit a relationship where a partner doesn't feel safe in their current position but it's really up to you with how you deal with it.

Well it's not that bad. In this situation, ask her why it's just ok, sorta busting her chops for being a Debbie downer. If her tone fit one could even relate her to Sadness in that new Pixar movie. Then your at the point when you're talking about feelings which is a great way to develop an emotional connection. Badda bing Badda boom. Lead the conversation where you want and maintain your confidence. Throw some kino in there and you're golden. Sorry for grammatical errors; I'm on mobile.

But also any tips on how to generally make friends would be great. I feel like seduction is partly learning to avoid friendship and create attraction. How can I reverse this with potential bros?

I completely agree. I feel that they discover the sub somehow and think everyone is a magician. A sticky coupled with an attitude that is somewhat similar to /fit/ would help so much. If someone posts an obvious beginner question that really isn't enlightening, they should be directed to the sticky and the post should get deleted.

If the mods tagged posts as unhelpful or, contrarily, really well done and even deleted the posts that are blatant advertisements for a PUA blog, I think the sub would improve dramatically. I read almost all of the mod's advice and they honestly know what works and what doesn't. I trust their judgment, I just wish they would use it more often.

That's a really important point, too. I know in the south west before and after 2008, there was a lot of immigration and emigration respectively. That could skew the numbers.

Sorry, I misquoted. Act as if: http://youtu.be/oTFU9c9MrkE Act as if the girl your trying to pick up is already into you. Act as if every girl in the world wants to have sex with you. Act as if you're the greatest thing since sliced bread. By acting like it, people assume you are. Search this subreddit for the same phrase for more detailed posts.

Hey man look at it as a conversation piece. I assume CI means "cochlear implant," right? Ask a girl if she's ever spoken to a bionic man before. But you really need to get your depression and confidence in check. You will never be very successful until then. If you need to see a therapist then do it. Invest in yourself and find your happier life. Women see that and appreciate it. I've wanted to kill myself before, but I'm really glad I didn't. Therapy is your friend. Don't be afraid of help.

I go to ASU, too. Just walk around the MU and approach, approach, approach. You will probably get rejected a little. This is OK; if you're confident, rejection won't get you down and you can reflect on what you can do better.
