A bit further back, during the Tumblr vs. 4chan dustup over the summer, a couple of Tumblrites "attempted suicide" after being "triggered" by posts on Tumblr. One of them was allegedly a relative of someone with clout at Gawker, which got back to Moot.

It's a solid bodyweight program, very customizable to your individual fitness level. It's no replacement for getting to the gym and lifting, but it's very good for what it is.

Or you could make positive changes in your own life using what you've learned here. The point isn't to change the world, it's to empower people to change themselves.

Setting a new personal best in the gym. Nailing a riff perfectly. Getting up on stage and making music for people who appreciate it, even if I'm not perfect. Learning something new.

TRP is like any other philosophy / religion / life path / whatever. If you look with the right set of eyes, there's some wisdom to be found in it regardless of if you fully embrace it or not. If what you take from here is "its okay to be an alpha male as needed" and that pushes you to allow yourself to succeed in some aspect of your life, be it with women, your career, in the gym, whatever, hey, good on you brother.
