1	Thots don't understand the meaning of independence. The problem is that the English language is a melting pot of many languages, in which the rules are not only often broken, but down right contradictory at times. I couldn't tell you the etymology of any of those words, but they are all in common use. And I'm pretty sure no one in my work space could tell you the history of the words either, including the ones who set the intervals at which we do staff meetings and pay checks. 7	Thots don't understand the meaning of independence. It really is. Bi annual means twice a year. At a job, we had bi weekly meetings, which meant twice a week. But bi weekly checks meant every other week. It's honestly amazing that we manage to communicate anything effectively in English.
