Imagine the public reaction if the same thing were done exclusively for boys by a rich man. underprivileged girls not being sent to school. the poor in African and South Asian nations try to save money by not sending their girl child to school and teach her household work while the son is seen as a future provider for the family and thus, gets access to education. even in middle income households in South Asia, you’d find sons being sent to private schools while the daughters are sent to state run schools.	/r/MensRights	25/07/26 08:28 PM

Saying “women choose male leaders” only makes sense if women are choosing from an equal pool of male and female candidates. In reality, most political leaders and candidates have historically been men.
