1	Hoping you guys could help me out...if you were in your 20's, and moved to a new city having known no one, could you use these techniques to make friends? I'm not saying it's weird and desperate, I'm trying to understand your opinion on the best way to do it and not come across as such. I mean suppose you move to a new city, and standing outside is a group of 6 people talking. How would you start the conversation?
