I'm just commenting to say that I don't agree that everyone needs to shower daily. Especially when you don't do manual labor or sweat heavily on a daily basis. It's just something deeply ingrained in the American culture. That said, since daily showering is important to your boyfriend, you should consider getting into this habit, but to conserve grooming time you could use a shower cap so you don't have to dry and style your hair every time. I agree with prioritizing strength training over cardio. I like to follow Neghar Fonooni's approach to routines as outlined here. I do something similar about 3 times a week, with yoga and foam rolling on the days in between. I recommend checking out her other blog posts as well, she's a lovely lady.

Here are some other of my other (man-approved) favorite recipes, though I always modify based on what I have around. Shepherd's pie - even better with a sweet potato crust Bengali mustard salmon Curried mango chicken with cashews Beef borscht - laborious, but very satisfying in the winter
