This link I just presented was the entire basis of my point. Don't let the image leave your phone. It depicts children in a pornographic state. That's it. Idc about legal wording, if you're caught moving that around or showing anyone, it's child pornography. Prosecution is entirely up to the court but as you can see via GOOGLE people have been prosecuted for exactly this.

Don't let the image leave your phone. In fact it's illegal to hand your phone to someone with that on it. While you aren't a minor, these still apply with worse repercussions. https://www.criminaldefenselawyer.com/resources/teen-sexting-texas.htm

I don't need google to tell me that's a texas specific definition of a nationwide word. I do need you to back up your claim though. Not to mention you posted a source from some hyper localized legal page instead of the definition. por·nog·ra·phy /pôrˈnäɡrəfē/ noun printed or visual material containing the explicit description or display of sexual organs or activity, intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings. This is the general definition off of google. Intent is s…

Sigh... Cite your source and reasoning.

I regret to inform you that students have been legally reprimanded for that exact thing. Teens placed on registries for having pics of their gf. That is quite illegal if it ever leaves your phone, even more so than a school scandal.

led astray by the part where you specifically referenced the girl getting a horse shoe imprint on her face as a direct result of her actions. Were you kicked in the head as a kid too? At no point was I talking about the female in this video.

I'm entirely referring to the act of surfing a horse through a densely populated crowd.

Pretty sure a horse kick to someone's skull can be lethal, or leave people with a lifelong injury to cope with. I don't see the logic in having horses for crowds unless you intend on hurting people with no accountability on behalf of the fact that it's the horse doing the offense.

Wouldn't having a horse in a crowd be a liability?

By your logic, all conservatives defend racist bigotry, sexism, war mongering, and general political ineptitude.

However, I want you to continue in that little box that's been created for you. Proof you've understood nothing I've said. If you break out of it, the break will be dramatic and you'll come to my side firmly. If you persist, you'll accelerate destruction of the box for others. www.Niceme.me

He is in office because of the way electoral votes work. He gamed the system and targeted easy sway states. Literally everyone expected him to lose, even himself. Hillary didn't put him there, the majority didn't put him there. The electoral college did.

Read the one I just wrote. He lucked out with states that had more electoral sway. He lost the vote by 3 million. 3 million. There's no way majority wanted a reality tv show host who has been bankrupt multiple times to run a country over a career politician.

Liberals got into the idea that people should not be discriminated against because of their skin or race. Not very many people disagree with this idea. Soooo.... Is it liberals or mostly everyone? Probably just Liberals when it supports your narrative right? To turn the tide, they thought it would be a good idea to claim that everyone's progeny would be a certain race. To redress the grievances of the past. Literally what? Who are "they"? SJW and Liberal are not synonymous. Addressing injustice …

Trump lost the popular vote by a sizable margin. He was elected in through a technicality, no surprise as he's only still rich through abusing economic technicalities. I wouldn't say more people wanted Hillary, I'd wager they just didn't want a piss poor business man running the country like a business. You should look at numbers before assuming.

Regular liberals don't defend retardation. By your logic, all conservatives defend racist bigotry, sexism, war mongering, and general political ineptitude. Except not all conservatives do. Not every liberal wanted hillary, in fact majority just didn't want trump. That's the overlooked reality.

These type of people are what conservatives love to refer to as regular liberal when having a debate on social economics.
