I lacked the guidance of a role model growing up until i found TRP and it changed my life. I need to understand people struggling are not always in need of guidance and the unsolicited advice i have to offer. They will find their own way in life, don't deny them of that right. Thank you TooMuchToDoo

i do discredit people too easily for their mistakes before getting to know them personally. i'm going to focus on getting to know more people on a deeper level so i can get more of a sense of what they've been through and also find their positive traits.

Sounds like i need to work on moving on from critiquing myself and others. I like the idea of managing vs leading. Will give this book a read when it arrives, thanks for recommending it

Bad habits breed bad habits. If it doesn't add value to your life man the fuck up and cut it out. You have no chance of reaching your true potential in life until you make the hard decisions and remove the distractions that are holding you back.
