Yea it is, she accepted the thing without reading it. Same shit as the EULA agreements lol. And the icing on the cake is that even if she does a chargeback she still wont get her money back, because it wasn't a serviced transaction so she had no expectation to get anything back in return. I wanna see her trying to finesse the bank into getting her money back, "yea he was supposed to send me money, but I got confused and gave it to him instead, and he wont give it back."

I did Uber a couple of years. It’s honestly up to the driver whether they want you to sit upfront or not. I didn’t mind it, it made me feel less like a robot. Must times though people would always sit in the backseat.
