“Had about 3-4 days where i'd just cry for no reason because i burnt my toast or some idiotic shit.” 🤣🤣🤣 Yep. Yep.

Damn that's a good idea!! We also need more men in teaching roles to help kids who might not have a strong male role model in their life.

Good argument AND good question. I’m not saying I wouldn’t live with him, I guess because I’m thinking of preventative measures to divorce.

I figured people in this forum are alternative thinkers.

I’ve done the research on single motherhood by choice and have looked into nannies, or quality daycares. But if I don’t have to deprive a kid from having a father, why would I?

God that would be terrifying. 🤣 I updated the post with a disclaimer and made some adjustments, is the concept more clear now?

p.s. I’m sorry for the treatment of men in divorce court and support cases. Your reaction to my question is justified.

“But people get married because of the attachment to the person. So living separately and raising a child is going to be aggravating. You're going to feel like you're sacrificing what you want.” Good argument. What advice might you have for couples to keep their passions alive long term?

Wow. Not at all what I was getting at. I own my home. Have a job and would not ever think of requesting support. Sorry. Not like that but I understand the outlash towards my thinking.

Clearly there would still be group family time. Vacations, movie nights, dinners, etc. So many kids already live in two homes. Is it having two homes that is troublesome to kids or is it knowing their parents likely hate each other that actually hurts?

Nope. Nope. Nope. I can't be sure of her reasons but that is a terrible excuse. If the sex isn't satisfying for her, it's because she isn't talking to him and telling him what she likes.

You are so right. I had a friend (whom I no longer associate with) and she would speak in the most annoying baby voice all the time. I just do not understand it.

This makes a lot of sense. Would a man have a mid life crisis if he was living for himself? I don't think it's an age thing, it's a "I haven't LIVED enough" thing. It's similar to how people freak out when they turn 30 because they haven't done anything with their lives yet. Anyone who has set out dreams and accomplished them aren't fazed by getting older.

“Estrogen really does make people put feelings>fact.” You could not be more correct sir. Most woman have no idea how to fight it too! I’m female. It drives me nuts that every month at least twice I have to cry for NO LOGICAL REASON and IT HAS TO HAPPEN. If I fight it the pressure just builds. So I just pick an appropriate time to just cry and let it out. If you’re a guy... here’s my comparison; Imagine you haven’t jerked off all month and then suddenly you wake up one day with a serious boner th…

Arg that’s a pet peeve of mine. I don’t understand why men and women being different is considered a bad thing!!? It’s beneficial to the species.

I've met women like this. I always assume they never had a brother, a male as a friend, or a real relationship that would teach them that men are humans too. Instead they have an 'us' vs. 'them' mentality. It's really appalling.

Geez that makes me wonder. How are men suppose to "work on their looks" if no one is every giving them any feedback?

- Start making meals with healthier foods, focus on fruits and vegetables. Basically if you're eating healthy food, it's hard to over eat. - Try meal prepping, it's a great way to open the fridge and end up eating a healthy meal because hey, it's already there. - Next time you grocery shop, only shop the outside section, most things in the isles are less healthy pre-packages items. Just go in for what you really need rather then strolling up and down the isles. - Learn to read product labels. Di…

It’s probably more that doing something taboo or forbidden is a turn on for a lot of people. It’s not uncommon for women to reap financial benefits from sex but to literally exchange cash for sex is prostitution. If in their mind they think prostitution is wrong then BAM it’s taboo, it’s naughty, and oh my “I really shouldn’t be doing this.” Could be a great role play scenario, especially if she’d be willing to take outfit/personality requests. 😏

Jesus. What’s wrong with people. It’s called breaking up. Learn to see the signs that a relationship is over and tap out before you do something stupid and hurt someone. I’ve had several guy friends be cheated on. I hear them share for months about terrible sex or no intimacy from her and then surprise surprise she cheats. Regular and honest check ins with your partner are so important. She should have broke it off.

Oh shit. Well said! Ultimately get your life together regardless of your gender/age. Get a job, explore a passion, go to therapy if you need it, etc. Relationships should be partnerships, a fair exchange. If she's a supportive woman, maybe he opts to take care of her. If they both love working, let them work. Whatever the exchange may be, as long as it's fair based on each parties needs being met, then it's fair. Ultimately just don't EXPECT to be taken care of, that truly is just lazy.
