You file the case in district court, someone appeals the final decision to a circuit court of appeals, and then finally the case is appealed to the supreme court. If the supreme court decides to hear it, then the case is heard. After that, the majority of judges come up with a legal reasoning to overturn roe v wade. Court decisions have been overturned before.
