I do have a question about your red pill friends. Are they women that they are dating in their early 20s, went through some kind of trauma when growing up or are they women with careers and hobbies? I am not making fun of you, this is a genuine question.

There is a video that actually debunks a lot of the "masculine/feminine energy" nonsense. Because a lot of it is really nonsense. https://youtube.com/watch?v=V-Wqp4KjWDQ To summarize the video, the idea of masculine and feminine energy is just more putting people into boxes with a fixed set of traits that they must uphold by. Regardless of who they really are and how they love expressing themselves.

I don't have a lot of advice that I can personally give you as someone with ADHD. The one thing that helped me out a lot was psychotherapy. I cycled between a few until I found one who taught me CBT. He often encouraged me to do these exercises outside rather than inside because this would allow me to ease my anxiety. In terms of content creators, there are a few that can help. Noah Samsen has done some brilliant manosphere debunking content. I often credit him for getting me out of all of that …

If you find a manchild larping as a comedian who makes fun of transgender people while flat out referring to them as groomers, constantly shames promiscuous women or making fun of women's appearances until the guise that they are a "crazy feminist" as "great entertainment". Then you need to find a hobby.

Your experience sounds similar to mine except for having Autism and ODD. My dad is a very loving father but sometimes he gets carried away with the right-wing rants and "haha women bad" jokes. The red pill community solely focuses on targeting vulnerable men who are lost in life or struggle with social confidence. So people who have neurological conditions like Autism and ADHD make great targets.

When I left, I definitely had a lot more healthier interactions with no just women but with men also. Turns out that my lack of confidence with myself was the biggest reason why I fell for a lot of these manosphere types. Not only that, I love to openly take the piss out of someone who spouts or perform anything anything redpill-related with me.

I would add Hbomerguy to the leaving the redpill list as well. He did a great debunk on the concept of "alpha males" and another banger video about the PUA community. Edit: Isaac Butterfield should be added to the do not watch section. He has defended the The Whatever Podcast. Some of his videos contain heavily misogynist content and his incel audience makes themselves known whenever he uploads anything that contains women.

Thank you for pointing this out also. These guys are honestly dangerous and I am still shocked that people will defend them.

I honestly think it's a podcast more dumber than Fresh and Fit. The premise is the same. Bring on uneducated and shallow women who can't debate, have unrealistic standards for dating or can't defend their positions to only get chastised by a bunch of passive aggressive "alpha males". The purpose of the podcast just like any other alpha male podcast is to make lonely and insecure men fuel their hatred for women. Most recently, they have been in hot shit for saying that women should endure abuse f…
