1	How many men in the red pill community actually have unhealed childhood trauma? I don't have a lot of advice that I can personally give you as someone with ADHD. The one thing that helped me out a lot was psychotherapy. I cycled between a few until I found one who taught me CBT. He often encouraged me to do these exercises outside rather than inside because this would allow me to ease my anxiety. In terms of content creators, there are a few that can help. My dad is a very loving father but sometimes he gets carried away with the right-wing rants and "haha women bad" jokes. The red pill community solely focuses on targeting vulnerable men who are lost in life or struggle with social confidence. He did a great debunk on the concept of "alpha males" and another banger video about the PUA community. Edit: Isaac Butterfield should be added to the do not watch section. He has defended the The Whatever Podcast. Bring on uneducated and shallow women who can't debate, have unrealistic standards for dating or can't defend their positions to only get chastised by a bunch of passive aggressive "alpha males".
