This and even if they do it would still probably be cheaper to pay the "tax" rather than get married in the long run with current laws the way the are. As much as some want to have a family, the current state of things prevents logical minds from doing so.

How does one ignore the infighting and care less about what's going on if it's a work environment? A lot of office jobs have this come up and it becomes difficult to focus on work when this happens. Moving on to a different office can only work so many times and yields the same results these days. I would like to get into a trade job to avoid the office drama but current finances are pretty tight.
