There are more men who are victim of sexual assault than there are women who lie about it.

Even without sound all I see is a man easily overpowering a woman, but the fucking freaks here probably cum to shit like that

Absolutely not that's the most victim complex shit I've ever heard.

Like I said man, it's really brave of you to "step in to correct their nonsense" on r/pussypassdenied, you're a real hero. I wasn't being sarcastic. Your wife must be really proud.

Sorry, it's just part of the assumptions I make of people who post favorably in this sub, a sub that is the unironic combination of of r/incels and r/iamverybadass

You and I can get beers whenever you want, Friendo.

I literally have no motive other than calling you a cunt who can't satisfy women.

You know people on the internet who feel the need to talk about their real life as if that somehow gains ground are really fascinating to me, like how insecure are you? And let's just picture this. Depending on when you were married, you're somewhere between 30-45 years old defending a stranger on r/pussypassdenied. That's so sad dude. So sad. I wonder if your wife celebrates your bravery for defending this poor reddit user who was asked for a source. I wonder if you've ever called your wife (or…

I love how I'm the one with low-effort nonsense when he makes some really stupid comment with nothing to back it up. His comment also reduces one's ability to form relationship to the mere number of partners they have without taking into account anything else about this person's life. I'd be willing to recognize the logic in a high number of sexual partners being correlated to what we can call short term relationships, but you're a fucking moron if you think number alone is what forms that corre…

What constitutes me being a victim? this can often lead to them leaving because they will never feel satisfied in their relationships. Emphasis added. Just seems like your speaking from experience rather than study. What constitutes the basis of your opinion rather than blaming others for your inability to satisfy your prospective partners?

I'd love to see a source on the parabond nonsense you Mr. Victim

It really shows how immature and out of touch this group is that they get their moral cues from Jeremy Kyle. Not saying he's wrong just saying you're all painfully childish.

These really are two completely different things. If he had said "I would have sex with (celebrity) there would be no issue. It's totally different to say a friend, but this sub forms their opinion at the title.

Even then, they're only allowed to hold for a reasonable time until they either make a determination as to the theft or the police show up. I for one don't want to live in a society where a store room clerk has full legal power to detain me on suspicion, then barricade a door with the use of force to prevent me from leaving. You don't have a problem with it so cool.

What you do after doesn't impact the liability of the actor. The shopkeepers exception to a civil claim of FI only applies if they're held for a reasonable time. It doesn't give a store clerk permission to touch or stand by a door like a barricade.

They also may have a claim for False Imprisonment

Lol ok. Just explain how in Australia hitting someone who is walking away from you = protection. You're reading way too much into "turned around" and not "he needs to prove that he was defending himself" which he clearly was not doing against the first chick.

This is an especially stupid thing to say because, um. No. You just hit me. I can sue you or have the state press criminal charges? How is your thinking that Step 1. Hit someone. Step 2. Walk away. Step 3. Never face any consequences whatsoever because the person I hit can't hit me back. OUR LEGAL SYSTEM IS BROKEN! This is why you're stupid, because those were the actual steps in your thinking. Right there.

The time frame is small enough that is isn't some arbitrary act of retribution. WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG...(higher) wrong wrong wrong wrong, you're wrong. All I am is a first year law student, but you have literal shit falling out of your face if you watch that tape, see someone hit someone from behind and then dare claim he is "acting in self-defense." BUT SOME CONTEXT. I am speaking only in the realm of civil suits. If he sued her for hitting him or the other way around. In a criminal context, …

Well when you punch him back, are you claiming self defense? How are you defending yourself from someone walking away? I'm being totally serious that first chick is liable for battery, the guy is liable when he hits her from behind. The man is not liable to the second girl. What you are advocating is "eye for an eye" which is the very thing our justice system is designed to prevent. Also you're a fucking idiot.

How do you hit someone in the back who is walking away? That guy is just as liable for battery as she is.

Isn't it interesting that the same source of this archaic nonsense (men can't be raped) is English common law, which also stated a husband can't rape his wife, and that being under 14 was a defense to an accusation of rape because that person couldn't ejaculate?

I wonder if every time an OP posts here he thinks that same thing. "We publicly shamed a stranger. That'll show 'em!"

Because I think this is stupid and no one's blocked me yet. The entire premise of this sub is "women regularly get free passes, which I resent. So I like to come here and have that bias regularly confirmed so I can feel better about my deep seeded hatred of women." I think it's dumb and I want everyone to know my opinion.

Thank God for subs like this, and brave Knights like you who are making the world a better place. Nothing makes me feel safer than a bunch of dudes commenting on a meaningless situation of which they all took no part. Good for you! We got her! Internet points all around! Good work!

Says the dude in the Men's rights forum. Thank you for making my day, and diplomatically ignoring my prompt of putting forth even one cogent point. Enjoy your victimhood you poor oppressed man. I really hope one day the world sees just how bad us men really have it.
/r/MensRights16/03/15 06:01 PM

Tell me even ONE point you're trying to make. This place is just as victim-complex oriented as the far-from-representative sample of SJWs you all use as your shining examples of how feminism is wrong. People here want to cry and wine and wish they could stand in the town square on a soap box too and scream "the matriarchy is ruining our lives waaaah!" Gain some empathy, gain some balls, quit your Damn winning.
/r/MensRights16/03/15 01:04 PM

Haha haha, I hope you find a woman. I bet you're struggling in that department. Most women I know aren't into repressed ass holes
/r/MensRights16/03/15 11:56 AM

Hahaha I'm not willing to address what isn't a problem. It's not defeatist; it's calling OP a butt hurt immature bro who wishes that he looked as good as the woman who won't let him fuck her. Like 12 of those items are completely overlapping, and the majority of the rest are just plain ridiculous. Every demographic have some sort of privilege. Sure. But making some statement that is truly an attempt to divert an, albeit wrongfully felt sense of guilt and say "oh yeah well look at you ladies!" Is…
/r/MensRights12/03/15 03:45 PM

I would have to find a problem to be defeatist. Instead I'm not a butt hurt person who wants more attention to his important plight.
/r/MensRights12/03/15 02:58 AM

I'm just browsing new....but geeze man. Get over it.
