1	Circumcision Question The studies in favor of HIV were not scientific. It was a random-control study, that is an experiment without a control group, which doesn't work. http://circumstitions.com/HIV-SA.html Also, 0.6% of Americans have HIV, most of whom are very likely to be circumcised.
