The Birkenhead drill is usually not used today anymore. In general it is handled as "most vulnerable first" today. Elderly, injured and young. Would never leave my wife go on a lifeboat without me...fuck the others.

I really don't get that either side, women and men, only always complain about the biggest idiots of the other sex. Yea, some guys are babies and want a "traditional women" because they need someone to cook and clean for them because they are lazy asses. But on the other side there are also enough littles princesses who demand to be "homemakers" and still demand 50% of house work to be done by the guy plus the "traditional" duties like yard work and shit. If both work, you share your fucking tas…

Yeah. My thoughts too. This is completely fucked up. That they did not just release him after it was clear that he had an alibi is outrageous. That she was stressed out by a horrible divorce and thought it was her husband raping her sounds quite sound, especially when you consider that the guy accessed the house and apparently knew his way around. I think law enforcement and courts fucked up the most in this case.

Not 100% sure, but is the UK-law not one of those backwards ones which says you need penetration with a penis for it to be rape? Could be a legal thing not to call it rape. But she could at least put assaulted, molested or something similar in her article. Also... "Sorry we are not currently accepting comments on this article."

It is a mess really. And that there is not gradiant in some states also is really weird to me. In my country you are mostly able to consent to sex with 14, definetely with 16 and sexually free (prostitution, whatever gets your boat rocking) with 18. In criminal responsibility is the same, with 14 you are able to, but then until 18 you gradually are more responsible. Alcohol also falls in line with 16 for lower percentate stuff and 18 for hard liquor. Voting, starting at 16 on a local level and 1…

But criminally responsible from age 0 in many states. You can always find something that is not in line with the rest of laws about consent and responsibility. Doesn't make sense at all in most countries, so better not bring it up. Drinking age 21 while you are legally adult with 18, driving a potentially deadly vehicle with 16 when you are not allowed to vote or make the decision to have sex, legal responsibility when you are not even seen as fit to know what is right or wrong. It is all wonky …

Well, they should not get better grades then boys. Boys get their average and girls get their average as far as I remember. If we would get a general average for sports that would result in girls being in the lower bracked most of the time, even if they would be actually pretty good in sports for being a girl. In other subjects it is not that easy to get an average imho since they are more based on subjective opinions. Art, literature, etc. are imho highly dependent on the teacher and I had teac…

This an eye for an eye is really shitty, especially when you don't know the circumstances. There are laws for false testimony and I guess they are pretty similar in all countries. If you lie and a murderer gets away to murder another person, you also don't get the same sentence as the murderer because you enabled it. If you identify someone knowlingly to be a murderer who isn't, you also don't get the same sentence as they would have.

Yah, that's ok. If we make a difference between men and women we could also make a difference between able and disabled people. Wait...we do. "Respiratory system malfunctioning" is just not any of the criteria. :/

They are calculated on an average as far as I remember correctly. So they are actually fai and the grade should average out for boys and girls. It is just our perception, that they look laughable. I am really ok with this in sports. I stop condoning it when it is about jobs that need a certain strength to perform tasks...police, firefighters or anything similar.

There are situations where they are ok and good imho. If someone was backing their partner, working half time but taking care of children, household and handling finances while the partner went to work for 50 hours a week it would be completely reasonable to to expect the one making a career to pay a certain amount to support the ex for some time, but not forever. I am pretty sure there is a maximum sentence in Australia. I would like to know what she exactly was convicted of because she didn't rape her daughter, in Queensland, rape is still a penetrative act as far as I know. Pretty sure 10 years is the maximum sentence for what she was convicted of.

If you have men and women in the same weight class the guys will be faster and stronger. Even if they are technically inferior the guy will make up for that by strength in any form. Compare two lightweight male and female boxers, 130-135lbs. Male and Female, same weight, same reach, almost same height, still Lomachenko would mop the floor with taylor. Men get muscles faster and more and can sustain them better, it doesn't matter if they are the same strenght per "fiber" when you have a lot more.

Why subjective? That is the definition. Pedophilia (alternatively spelt paedophilia) is a psychiatric disorder in which an adult or older adolescent experiences a primary or exclusive sexual attraction to prepubescent children. Although girls typically begin the process of puberty at age 10 or 11, and boys at age 11 or 12, criteria for pedophilia extend the cut-off point for prepubescence to age 13. They are never irrelevant imho, doesn't matter for either sex. Don't call people who have and lik…

There are additional laws for people under 18 though. Guardians and other people in any kind of power still guilty of sexual misconduct if they have sex with anyone under 18. If anyone over 21 has something with a 14-15yo the parents can file a demand for prosecution in which they would check if a possibly missing sexual self-determination was exploited. Which is usually only the case in mentally retarded or other special circumstances. Also of course prostitution, gifts for sexual favours or ex…

That is no "I was just following orders"...that is a shit comparison. Also in your awesome source is no mention of the actors? Its just your wonderful moral compass that tells you they have the duty to check into things. I don't say they should not, I'd say do your due dilligence and you should be good. An ID would convince me a person who also looks like 18 is actually 18. In some jurisdictions the difference between being 17 and 360 days and 18 is the difference between life long sex offender …
/r/MensRights02/07/20 01:32 PM

Completely different jurisdiction though. The US is fucked up in that regard way more than Europe. I honestly can not find any cases about woman in Germany raping underage boys, but that might have something to do with the age of consent being 14 here. It is really rare that you get cases when someone lied about their age to have sex with someone, but that is usually with <14 girls. Which usually end with not guilty verdicts if it is plausible.
/r/MensRights02/07/20 07:06 AM

Sometimes it doesn't even matter when you are 20-40. Sometimes you even marry them.
/r/MensRights02/07/20 07:01 AM

I disagree with you completely. If someone lies to you about their age and you can safely assume that this age could be correct, then there is no wrongdoing having sex with them. They did their due dilligence. If someone tells you to destroy a wall and says it is his wall, even has a fake title that shows it is his wall, then you should be accountable for the damages if it is not his wall? What kind of fucked up logic is that? You moral compass seems to be set completely wrong.
/r/MensRights02/07/20 06:58 AM

In Germany it is usually when the underage person lied about her age or it is safe to assume they are of age (three in the morning in a pub or something similar). Guess it is not much different in the UK.
/r/MensRights02/07/20 06:48 AM

Yeah, sure I can It's in German, but 13yo girl chats with 19 yo guy, say she's 15 (Age of consent is 14 in Germany), invites him over, he brings his uncle (wtf?) and they both fuck her. Freed from all charges. In Europe it happens for both genders if there are is no evidence for rape and a real possibility that they did not know the age of the other party. Not sure about the US, might be different there.

America, America, only in America. No seriously. Really only in America. If you get hit by a woman here and hit her back "with reasonable force" you will never get anything. If you punch her in a coma the story is probably different, but the story would be also different if 50kg Kevin hits you and you sent him to a coma.

Some journalists need to read up on some definitions. Its like the difference between first degree murder and involuntary manslaughter imho. You did something really bad, but one of them is still way more bad than the other. A pedophile is fucking children, like kindergardeners and elementary school children. I think there is a difference from this to convincing teenagers to go to bed with you. To put them into one pot would do a service to the bigger monsters.

Whelp. 6 2 here. Can imagine doing that (I dated still normally in my days...you know...bars and people you meet through friends). They see pictures before. If they still have to asked to get the number, it is a little sketchy and stupid. I would look tall on my pics too, so there is really no reason to asked again except you really need to hear 6+ for some odd reason. I would also not write with a woman who looks skinny and asked her if the is under 55kg.

Nope. I don't particulary. But I was that teenager once, and I really wanted to fuck my friends step mom and I really enjoyed it, it was also not her idea. As long as no one is forced, they should decide if they want and if they are ready. If they can not make that decision there should be many other stuff we should forbid first.

Its weird, but pedo is still when you want to fuck children. In most countries the age of consent, at least under 16 is connected with mental development. Which I think is fair, if someone is mentally capable of grasping the situation and it's then it is only fair for them to also choose who they want to be in that situation. There is a reason that people under 18 still have some special protection against prostitution and such. The boys in the link look pretty grown and sporty. Many pornstars w…

Depends which country. But when you're 16 you are underrated and are good to go in almost every country. 14 in Germany, Austria, Italy. There are restrictions like teachers, prostitution and such before 18, but regular sex is allowed to have. I had it too when underage (16). It is not seen as appropriate when one part is older, but still nobody will go to prison. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_Europe
/r/MensRights10/01/20 11:45 AM

Not here. Average age of consent (with restrictions...like teachers) in EU is 15. Many states in the US have 16 as well.
/r/MensRights10/01/20 09:22 AM

To be fair. I had sex with some older woman when I was not 18 yet and I am pretty sure it did not damage my wellbeing in any way or form. But it is also legal to fuck anybody almost anybody you want as soon as you are 14. The only and really disgusting thing here is that they are the teacher. A person who has power over them. This woman should go to jail only for that. They might be pressured in having sex with her without knowing.

Twisting someones words is really a thing. His assumptions are not very far off. I guess under US law you would have to call it "unlawful sexual conduct with a minor". He is a socially awkward person and that's what makes him a good target to be honest. The biggest joke is that today you can loose your job for having a private opinion which is controversial.
/r/MensRights02/10/19 05:59 AM

They are not arrested because they are not the ones breaking the law. ASAIK in Canada only brothels, pimping and publicly advertising for prostitution is illegal. The general law is to minimize sex trafficking. If there is not much of that in AB, that is nice. This law also goes for males offering sex work. It has nothing to do with pussy passes.

Well...yes. That's why we have trials. That is why she got not convicted for murder. I just read up on the trial...the coroner was a mess. Maybe she killed the baby, maybe it was really dead on arrival as she claims. Of course. People who have a tendency to do something extremely horrible should stay in prison. Sexual conduct with a minor is shitty crime, the person should never work or be in the vicinity of children or adolescents ever again. But I guess this is a phsychological evaluation which has to be done as time goes by and if people don't see the end of it, then they have likely no great motivation to better themselves. Not sure. 350-400x more work cough cause 2,4k, as others pointed out. Edit: After reading more about this I am sure he did not do 400x more work. He added a lot, but mostly tables and shit apparently. The math is still wrong, thus the original post stays.

New account and first post. That's what got me somehow curious about this. Also her (our ;) ) post was quite lame to be fair. Also, as seen in the post, removed instantly or less than a second. Which got me wondering more.

Not the same guy, but...Yes. If they are absolutely no thread, as most woman would be. There is self defense and then there is battery. Self defense is the necessary force required to stop someone in order to avert physical damage from myself. Most woman and weak man I can contain easily. It just would not be self defense if I would smack the shit out of them for hitting me. I am only trained ok in some martial arts, but I am also 6''3' and 95kg heavy. A good hit from me would lead to severe inj…

I understand him. They are just not a threat. I handle dudes that are no threat in the same way. They overreached, are a little overconfident at the time, they need to cool off. Tell them they are idiots and if it happens again there is no nice talk and there will be a real defense that makes sure it doesn't happen again. I think the questions are just not good. If you would replace woman with weaklings and men with Bodybuilders you would probably get similar results.
/r/MensRights28/02/19 11:39 AM

I think it has also something to do with not hitting weaklings. If a bodybuilder woman would come and try to get me some, I would hit her back no problem. Some tiny guy who is so pissed at me for some reason to lash out I would probably contain until he cooled off. If a woman would say that I can not hit her because I am a man and not because I am a nice person who doesn't use his strenght to put himself over others...well...that could be a reason to overthink that approach.

It mostly comes down to some he said, she said. Both ways, real and fake reports are a fucked up thing. Some will always get away with rape and some with fake accusations. The problem is, that the fake reports get more and this people spoil it for the real victims.

Your last comment is exactly what is the problem here. One has nothing something, but little to do with each other. False reporting goes through a lot of other crimes, first and probably way more than false rape is false domestic violence accusations. The problem in general is, that people who report falsely do not get punished severe enough yet.

To be fair, they married 6 years before this chart starts. He was not poor, he was a vice president of a hedgefond and was probably making his fair share. But then he left that job and founded amazon. He put all the money to a project in the internet. 99% of people had no idea what internet was in 1994. Pretty sure my wife would not be happy if I would quit my job to found a bookstore online, in 1994.

Doesn't this actually confirm that woman should be home and take care of children and men should be out in the world and provide for them? I am sure the study has nuances and explains a lot different than this headline inclines.

Don't understand how so many people don't get it. I mean there are stupid people out there, but this is next level stupid. Also having this as the top post lets MGTOW look no less stupid than the tweet. Her name is out there, every google search will reveal what she did. I am almost sure she will never get a job at any company for fear of rape accusations. Also noone will ever again believe her when she said she was raped. Making her a target for real rapists I guess. The year is definetly not enough, but her life is hopefully in ruins too.

I pretty sure my post was completely gender neutral. But other than that you are right. I would never want to give my children away. Ah yes. A typo. Fuck me. Even if not a typo, it would still fullfill the same law as long as they are not 13 or under. 13 and under would be rape. 14 and 15 is sexual intercourse with a minor. Doesn't really matter for any of my reasoning.

Only true for people without children imho. Aid for raising children is fair. Especially when one part was taking care of them half/full time. But there should be more rules for the receiver of aid. e.g. when children are going to kindergarden/school there is no reason not to find a part time job and also contribute.

I said "I guess" since six sexual intercourse with a person under her care and three counts of aggravated sexual intercourse Not sure about Aussie law 100%, guess it is more or less like UK law, where it is illegal to have sex with people under 16, but it's still not rape, which it would be with children (13 and under). The 16 and 17yo are "just" sexual intercourse with a person under the care of the offender. Thus I think that the 3 aggravated ones are with boys under 16.
/r/MensRights10/09/18 09:14 AM

This is Australia I guess. I am not sure if actually rape (by law). It is sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 16. I don't know the exact law in Australia, in UK it is only rape when force it used or the victim is less than 14 years old. This is punishable with up to 14 years, while the sexual intercourse is only punishable with up to 6 month. I am not sure how much the caregiver role plays into it here though. And I am not sure of the exact Aussie laws here and might have mixed som…

You forget something here. "Under her care" is the thing what makes it mostly illegal. The aggrevated ones are the ones with people under 15 I guess, of which there are 3 accounts. But I honestly think that you would also not get more than a year here in Germany. But here the Age of Consent is 14.

Sex with a 17yo in Cal is statutory rape. Assault is the only thing to let her go free. Paying money for someone who assaulted you. Hard to prove the assault. Statutory rape will be also in the room if it comes out and the assault just seen as a smart move by anybody, as we do now. Most people would have paid to avoid a scandal. Especially with her rape charges against Weinstein. She is a bitch. No question. But I think he also used her situation very good.
/r/MGTOW06/09/18 11:23 AM

True. But pulling the pedo card on statutory rape with a 17yo (as many here do) is really riduculous to many people who don't life in Cal or one of the other 5 states with aoc that high. Statutory rape nonetheless. She played the only card that can get her free out of this. Accuse him of sexual assault is the only thing that can make her go free.

Ok. Devils advocate. California. 17yo groupie comes up to you. You know her age but she is nice and stuff, so ok make her happy, take her to your room to party with some others. You get shitfaced, you get laid on a bed in a seperate room. She sneaks in, undresses you and has sex with you. You recognize half of it, you don't care. Happy groupie. To be fair. This would not even go as any kind of sexual misconduct in 95% of the western world. I think nobody sexually assaulted anybody in any of those cases. The law in Cal states the age of consent at 18 and this is the only thing making this case a case. They got drunk and they fucked. Hella great. She is 20 years older, ok. Who didn't want a milf. The wank of wisdom is one of the most powerful tools here. Wank before every major decision and before you take a woman home. Excuse yourself, have a quick wank in the stall. Check her again. Is she worth it? Never go more than 2 days without a wank when you can not get sex regulary. Just wank and you will work better, think better and be more relaxed.

Wait what? 17 is Age of Consent everywhere except 10 or 11 states. Most states are 16. Average in Europe is 15. How can you compare a child which has no idea what their sexual organs are for to someone who is biologically almost fully developed. Also: Definition of pedophile involves the world prepubescent. Which is usually associated with 13 and younger.

This is actually not that much to fuck fathers over. This is more to give rights to fathers and claim fatherhood. This is something you do willingly. The woman can not just say that you are the father, you have to accept. The fuckover is that men who are married are by default the father of his wifes child, even if you married a cheating bitch and can not divorce fast enough.

Where does it state that they do not view the woman as criminals. The german law states that you get up to five years of prison for knowingly give false data. In addition the passport can be taken from them. The problem is just, that the german law is very stupid here, when I say, that I am the father of the child, then I am. Just a small signature. Noone with an income would ever sign that, since it will make you pay child support. Parents can refuse paternerty tests, too. Also...I have no idea…

Age of consent is strict liability. "I didn't know her age/know it was wrong" is not an excuse that can be used in court. Ha. That is just fucked up. Just read an old article where a 20year old had sex with a 13yo who said she was 15. Not guilty here. Probably sex offender for life and 10 years in prison in the US. I am not sure how "Ignorantia legis non excusat", Mistake of law and Mistake of fact (In case someone says they are 18, with fake ID, but are actually 15) are enforced in the US. I think if you had no intention of hurting anyone, not knowing the law and having no "bad conscience" until actually told that it is a crime, it should not be punished or at least not punished as hard. Today there are usually chatlogs of conversations or something and by them law enforcement should be able to see if the…

Yes. But also: 17 or 18 regardless. He should know it is forbidden by law to have sex with a 14 year old the same as he knows to stop at a fucking stop sign. When we were 16 we knew fucking well that we could not mess with 13yo girls.

Weirdest thing though. I and my son are not circumcised and we were told not even to pull the foreskin back until he does it on his own. Before a certain point of developement the foreskin is still glued together with the penis and pulling back can cause pain and infections.

They are allowed in big parts of europe. Denmark, Germany, Austria, Italy, Protugal and a few more have a age of consent which is 14, most others are 15. Some are 16. The question is not only if the 18 year old should be allowed to have sex with a 14 year old. The questions is if the 14 year old can actually consent to that. Countries with a age of consent of 14 usually have a mandatory sexual education programme where children are already taught what the pros and cons of sexual intercourse are,…

You should maybe check if you are getting lost here. First of all. The USA are probably the only country with laws that are way over the top and are enforced even worse. Some states have a age of consent of 18, that is the only one in the whole western world. Actually nobody under 18 is even allowed to have sex sometimes. When a 17yo boy has a 15yo girlfriend, then he will go to prison if they have sex on his 18th birthday. In some states even if the is 17 and her birtday is the next day. That h…
