There's a guy in my house share like this- he's a sales manager making twice what I do, but spends it all on gaming stuff, cigarettes, and protein powders (he's a gym rat but also the most out of breath person I've ever met, probably because his diet is 90% full fat red meat), and trashes the house constantly.
