Jesus Christ i'm going trough the same thing right now,it's really taken a toll on my mental health because all i heard while growing up was swear words and yelling,and still do.They ask me why i never talk or why do i sound furious when i do.I tried telling my dad to stand up for himself but he is too much of a blind fool to do anything.

I know that i'm young and that there are people with bigger problems than mine,but it's frustrating.Everyday i wake up,throw a fake smile there and there and pretend that everything is good.I have no one to talk to,my "colleague's" don't even care enough to even know my name,and when i get home all i hear is how my "family" is screaming at each other.And this shit happens everyday.I can take it sure,but i feel like i'm going to break down soon.Thanks for listening
