For one, he would be possibly forcing her to risk her life. None of the other scenarios require that of him. So it's probably safe to say this cannot happen unless we take on the possibility of extracting the fertilized egg or embryo and reimplanting of it within a willing womb or other suitible device. What happened before pregnancy is a non-issue, they both had the same choices (lets leave rape, etc out of this).
