I definitely recommend buying the quality equipment. Lessons learned from my own purchasing is if you're going to do it you may as well do it right. If you have the space look to do a home gym in its own room. Part of my problem is the 'home gym' is in a common space used for other things and it kills the focus. Good luck

I feel that. An issue I find, even with have some home gym equipment, is the lack of the correct environment. Being in the gym gives me the focus mindset of working out and getting the job done well. Working out at home feels half hearted, either due to distractions in the environment or sub par equipment compared to my gym. Ultimately I understand these are excuses I am making for myself and I should just get it done but that is easier said than done.

That's the whole point. Being yourself isn't a problem, just make sure you're being the best you possible. On the journey to creating your 'ideal self' just be sure your not creating some fake persona.

I think I agree with you. The Red Pill is a framework that you should apply to your own lifestyle. You have your own personal set of skills, abilities and hobbies that you should be working on mastering. Going back to OPs comment, for example, getting excited/goofy probably isn't an issue if say your a professional comedian.. that could be your frame. In other words play to your strengths.

Anti Slut Defense. Him pushing the physical boundaries between you too (kino) is not in of itself a red flag that he has issues with boundaries. In fact this aspect of the relationship building usually falls on the male to act on. If you are clear about something that is making you uncomfortable and the he continues anyway... That could be considered a red flag. However if he is pushing the physical boundaries and you are not communicating any discomfort it is likely he will see that as a green …

Be your own man. Decide for yourself whether you find this behaviour acceptable then act accordingly. If morally you find this acceptable. You should also consider any repercussions for the future. Is she in particular worth any risks you may take?

Why is any of this your problem? Live your life without wasting energy on these dramas. Go out and meet someone new. Furthermore this is not my problem or that of anyone else, you ask for advice and when it comes take it or leave it. We don't need to throw around insults.

How do you mentally end it? We're humans it not that easy but you could try and change your perception of where her importance to you sits. What's your mission? What is it you want to achieve from life? I don't need to know but you should. I'm pretty sure she isn't it. Your number 1 priority should be you and your mission. Also, go out and meet some new women. Hit the town with a friend or solo, whatever is your thing. Fucking a new girl is a great way to your head clear of another.

You seem to be very caught up over this one girl, refer to side bar material on a 'oneitis' and do some self reflection over this. If you have a moral standpoint of not fucking her while she's in a ltr then I would suggest you focus on single women in future and cut out unnecessary drama. Generally speaking you should be focusing on yourself, completing your mission. Is solving the problems of this girl who "doesn't want to lead you on" going to bring you closer to completing it?

Your point that people with a similar smv bond better is accurate. That brings in the concept of a women 'branch swinging' essentially a women will date up to the highest smv male she can obtain (men typically date down) . Your husband is likely this figure in your life. A person with a smv of 10 however does not need to settle for anyone. Personally I think, most may agree, being a 10 is nonsense hence the term unicorn, it's mythical because no one is perfect.

The concept of a women "hitting the wall" refers to her reaching point where she is no longer able to attract the quality of men she has previously got. Usually these men will now be seeking women who still have the beauty that comes with youth (she no longer has this). Just because she's hit the wall doesn't mean she will be unable to get a partner, only she would find it far more challenging to get a man at her previous expected level of smv. Those low numbered males and or 'betas' will still …

FYI Guys this is only applicable to the Nottinghamshire borough NOT the whole of the UK. Unfortunately it is a demonstration of the "modern" times we live in and it probably will spread.

Part of "redpill" philosophy is to focus on making yourself the best man you can be and women will come as a bi-product of this.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
