You can't believe how biased they are until you go through it

I've thought about it. What would be your plan? Where would you go? If you go to another country, how would you bring money? The IRS will seize your accounts if you don't pay alimony/child support if you have anything left that she hasn't sucked out completely

It's a tax for being stupid that the state requires us to pay. All the rules are available but we are so sure it could never happen to us that we never consider it...until it happens. Then we realize how dumb and naive we are

I'm so tired of hearing how great AZ is for equal rights. I'm currently getting screwed here. Everything depends on the judge. I'm around $20k after 2 years and I'll probably have to pay for her attorney too

Not true, every case is different. She challenged the settlement agreement she wrote a year later because she changed her mind and it wasn't fair. AZ Judge overturned it and said start over. Currently about 16K

You had your turn. Now it's the old guy's turn. It gets better with time. You'll realize that you're better off.

You dodged a bullet bro. I'm 44 and going through a divorce from a 10 year marriage. In time, you will be happy you listened to your instincts. She would have destroyed your life in the future with a divorce. Everything you worked for would have gone to her. Good for you for not settling!

She told me she didn't have any hard feelings and she wanted the best for me. Then she said she wanted sole decision making and 90/10 parenting time. And suddenly it wasn't so amicable!

I'm going through the same thing. I'm also a verbal abuser apparently. Are you in the Tucson area?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
