As always when this topic comes up - it's a matter of emotional maturity and power balance. I've met some amazingly mature and wise 18-year olds. And I've met 42-year olds who are absolute children. Having said that, your age / 2 and add 7 has never let me down.

It's just another person. Perhaps more often coming from a slightly easier life, having the benefit of looking nice. But that's certainly not always the case.
