Pure confidence was the biggest factor in me hooking up with an older woman (44-year-old Brazilian woman. I was 26.) ... I never mentioned our age difference and it genuinely didn't matter to me. We went out dancing together, I pulled her in close with lots of kino, and kissed her. It's more simple than you think, especially with her already showing interest. Stop with the texting and invite her out already.

My university offered the cheapest salsa and tango classes in town, priced for a student's budget, and they allowed non-students as well. Salsa is better for meeting young women; tango if you have a taste for cougars.

Awesome. The body part quiz is brilliant. I've been sweating over a coffee date I have planned with a gorgeous girl who speaks very little English, and this is exactly the sort of stuff I need to get past the language barrier.

The hand slap game, also known as "Slapsies" -- you hold out your hands, palms facing up. She'll hover her hands above yours, palms down, and you try to slap the backs of her hands before she can pull them away. Then switch. Always gets a smile and it's a good way to work in some playful kino. I live abroad and don't speak the native language well, so being physical and fun with my date is a must.

I've never dated a Russian before so I thought the same thing. She seemed insecure about the fact that a lot of Russian women in this city are hookers, and said she doesn't even like going out by herself because of the stereotype. So maybe she's putting up defenses to avoid looking like "just another slut"? The conversation was light, relaxed, talking about our backgrounds etc. One detail of her conservative nature is that she lives with her sister and they have a "no boys allowed at home" polic…

The "friendly vibe" has always been my biggest problem, and the reason why I'm on this subreddit. Kino is one step to showing my intentions, but verbally I have a hard time getting a girl to think about me in a sexual way. Building tension and being more suggestive is what I'm going to work on next. Now back to the FAQ's for further study... :)

She texted back this morning, ending with "See you soon," so I wrote back saying I have some ideas for places to go when we're both free. I'll give it a couple more days and then suggest one of the things we had talked about last night, like going to a dance class or art museum. Looks like I'll get my second shot...

I tried this too, yesterday, walking down a crowded street. A girl held my eye contact pretty intensely for several seconds, after I normally would have looked away. It felt very primal - neither of us smiled, just locked in a gaze until she glanced away before passing me. I thought, "woah..." I didn't know women could be that receptive or communicative with eye contact alone, but there it was.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
