3	On Body Posture I used to be a major nail biter. I found that the real problem was that I didn't realize I was doing it until it's too late. Then, once I bit one nail I would feel this ridiculous need to bite the other nine fingers so they would all be "equal." What I did was to get some of this nail polish from Orly (Orly No Bite (0.6oz) Nail Biting and Thumb Sucking) that tastes horrible. When I was pretty young, maybe 5 or 6 my Dad told me the same thing in a very calm collected manner.
