This is basically motivational interviewing in a nutshell. I use this at my job to get homeless mentally ill addicts off street drugs and into psych meds and into stable housing. I also use it to score pootang. when i go out.

Meh. I still need it to process my photography in lightroom, use a DAW to record and master my music, and as my work station to work on several writing projects. I still lift like 5 times a week and even do some gaming on the side. I also read and play guitar. The issue is not with the external world, its always just you. DNGAF(about pandering to what you think other people think you are supposed to be) Theres a fine line between self transcendence and being a depressed sack of shit. One hits the gym hard AF because he likes the way the struggle makes him feel. The other goes to the gym to do 15 min of low intensity cardio while on their phone and lift only the machines that are available because he's too afraid to ask to get in on a set during rush hour because hey, i'm just trying to "maintain."
