It's very likely to go through some sort of transformation as the last of Gen Z and the oldest Gen Alpha start to come of age; and Gen Beta are the next prime targets for manosphere content Some good news is that red pill has recently cleaned up their act (slightly...according to Dr K from Healthy Gamer GG) but the bad news is that incel related communities has always had a history of rebranding itself to avoid public scrutiny

I'd be careful of Courtney Ryan because she acts like the "pick me" girl by feeding into to desperate men's ego by making ragebait video of a random woman's misandrist TikTok clip and offer questionable dating advice I think Dr Kanojia from Healthy Gamer GG has the best anti-manosphere content because he approaches it from a rational therapy background POV

I'm really to sorry to hear something so horrific happened in your early life. You didn't deserve that at all 😖

For number 6 there's loads of men's fashion, grooming and lifestyle channels on YouTube that offer great advice. But be careful with them because a lot of them have recently transitioned into a course selling fake guru or a red-pilled type channel in order to stay relevant (as you know from this subreddit, manosphere content is bad) Cherry pick some of the points from those contents and give them a try for a bit. Don't just blindly follow the content creator because at the end of the day, these …

Here's my "system" (I really don't know what to call it) when it comes to flirting with strangers. I don't do it anymore because I've got a girlfriend, but I'm sure it can point you in the right direction It can be anywhere, at anytime as long as it's appropriate (I.E at a coffee shop, asking a retail assistant how her day is going, making a light-hearted comment when standing in a queue) Not expecting for it to lead to anything (communication is our species strong point, so it's perfectly natur…

Thanks for sharing your struggles First of all, I would highly recommend that you get in-person therapy for a least a few months so you can mentally process how you got to this position in the first place and come up with your own solution to develop your confidence with the opposite sex Unsubscribing from all these manosphere content creators is crucial because you have to understand that those people are actually grifters out to exploit desperately lonely men Online communities are often cults…

Romantic relationships are one of those things in life where you need to be in one in order to improve yourself as partner. Everybody has different love languages, traumas and various other factors that seriously affects how we conduct ourselves with our romantic partner. It comes with experience It's something you can't really prepare for unfortunately. But you can still build a solid foundation by working on: Being responsible for your own life Be a good person and having good morales Maintain…

Keyword there being a few valid points But yeah, the whole "high value men" thing was invented by insecure men and promoted as the gospel truth by other insecure men. The fact that she uses that misinformation screams grifter to most mentally stable and sane people

She's pretty sus to me because her business is based on coaching men to become "high value", which is already a load of crap I listened to her recent appearance on Mark Manson's podcast where she made a few valid points about the recent trend of toxicity from both men and women and also listened to her appearance on Tom Bilyeu's podcast IMO any women who operate in the men's self-help/self-improvement community who makes a living by going around putting down other women, should not be taken seri…

I have very mixed feelings about her: On one hand she tries to present some of the topics from a "sensible point of view" that panders to insecure and desperately lonely men; which inadvertently feeds into the sphere of misguided advice being peddled as self-help tips The other hand I actually respect her for trying to contribute positively to the men's fashion, lifestyle & self-help community from a woman's perspective. That whole space has been completely taken over by red-pill/manosphere lose…

Good on you for getting out of that cult and mindset. I wish you well on your road to recovery and bettering your own life The entire manosphere is predicated on making you feel bad so they can exploit you for money and clout

I second the title of thread 🍻 Totally agree with you, it's essentially a community of insecure, narcissistic, immature and desperately lonely people looking to blame others for their lack of romantic success

Here's a link to the post from this community about who to watch out for: https://www.reddit.com/r/exredpill/comments/14b8exz/headsup_here_are_some_people_you_should_stay_as/ I have to block a bunch of those guys from my feed too because they position themselves as "self-improvement for men"

I've noticed 3 traits that are extremely common with people like that: Immature with fragile egos - They do the childish thing of blaming everyone else but themselves as the reason why they can't get laid or find a relationship. Call out their behaviour and they'll immediately get triggered like a sjw and act tough They stay inside all day and make no effort whatsoever - They like to talk big about doing stuff but nothing in their life reflects what they say because they think fictional movies a…

I agree with you 100 percent 👍 The way I see it: the manosphere, or self-help in general, is the equivalent to "alternative medicine" to the cancer that is eating away at an individual's self-worth and mental health; the cancer being a metaphor for lack of romantic success and the utter lack of self-awareness, which are the primary reasons why any vulnerable person could fall into the manosphere You can ignore the cancer symptoms all you want, but if you don't take the treatment (usually by gett…

Big respect to you for getting out out of toxic community and improving your relationships with women. At the end of the day, they're people just like us

I'm also 5ft 7in, and I've never had a problem with dating either It's less to do with your height and more to do with: how you make the other person feel how you present yourself how you communicate with other people what both parties want in a relationship a myriad of small details and contributing factors that are too long to list

Good on you for getting out and recognising the toxic nature of the red pill Their teachings are destroying the mental health of vulnerable people everywhere With that realisation, I hope you get the actual success that a lot of red pilled losers want but are too caught up in the cult to pursue

Red pilled people are losers, who need to hug their Mum a bit more and go outside touch grass I'm glad you got out of that toxic relationship, you deserve much better

Hey respect to you for recognising the faults in your behaviour and I hope you can rebuild, learn from the experience and develop better relationships in the future Take comfort in the fact that you've just done the one thing that the entire manosphere refuses to do, and that's taking ownership of your own bad behaviour without blaming other people We're not perfect, and we were never meant to be; but we have the power to grow as better people from our mistakes

Yep, F.D Signifier's channel has great content in dissecting and criticizing the manosphere as well as providing counterpoints and advice against much of their harmful claims and rhetorics I really respect him for putting out content that speaks out against those toxic communities

I'm really sorry to hear that your ex wasn't a good person to you. I hope you move on and find someone who genuinely values and respects you When something is really lacking in an individual's life to the point where it creates self-esteem issues which leads to mental health issues, they become convinced that the extreme opposite, where they have a lot of what they're missing, will solve all of their problems and finally make them happy This can be anything from money, attention from the opposit…

Good on you for getting out of that toxic circle 👍 I know you feel like you've lost 5 years but I would urge you to reframe it as just a part of growing up and falling into the wrong crowd thanks (in-part) to the modern emphasis on social media consumption. I wouldn't believe surprised if the next generation of adult males will, at some point, be affected by that toxic manosphere In the future, maybe you can use this experience to guide your children into adopting healthy friendships and relatio…

Good on you for getting out of there, keep it up! It's always heartwarming to this community to hear about someone getting out of that toxic place Those fake gurus' business model is based around appealing and exploiting your sense of disillusionment, loneliness and desperation. They sell you on an idea of a 'perfect' lifestyle and harmful ideologies so they can make money from getting you to buy fraudulent and overpriced products Those guys know nothing about treating other human beings with re…

FarFromAverage is actually my most hated and despised YT channel because of the amount of BS they spew out in their videos. They don't seem to know what they're talking about and it sounds like none of them have even spoken to a girl I really like Phillon's reaction to 2 of their videos because he sums up how I feel about the manosphere content creators in general and the ridiculousness of their claims

About 5 years ago I had a nasty breakup with my first girlfriend and I searched on YouTube for advice on how to cope with the pain and move on in a constructive way, but a lot of these manosphere content kept showing up Even back then when I was emotionally vulnerable, I found their content to be highly disturbing and often outright dangerous to young impressionable men. I didn't believe a word of what they said because I could easily see that they appear to be resentful men trying to radicalise…

Hey big respect to you for fighting the good fight and standing up against the toxic manosphere trash that's been flooding the men's improvement space over the last few years I've never believed anything those grifters/fake gurus put out but I've seen the severe damage it can cause to young impressionable boys/men; a huge part of being young, inexperienced and naive is to make mistakes in life and learn from them through taking accountability and responsibility for your actions and choices Blami…

Thanks. I'm gonna seriously consider starting one. Keep going because you are really onto something and the community needs more of that because I've been very disappointed at a lot of my favourite men's fashion & lifestyle refusing to call out manosphere content creators and on top of that, giving some of them a platform to spread their toxic ideologies. I think the only person (out of my favourite lot) who is doing any form of criticism to TRP community and their hypocrisy is Benjamin Seda fro…

Hey that's some good work you got so far. Keep it up! I've also been tempted to start a YT channel to combat the growing manosphere content that's been flowing into the good men's fashion/grooming/lifestyle community
