If I could get girls without talking that would be one thing, but generally some attraction has to be built up through conversation before hooking up. This is the part I struggle with. I am only intelligent relative to other people, which makes it difficult for me to relate to them. I can't answer any of your questions, which is kind of why I am here. The point is that socially I haven't been able to connect with people who aren't at intelligent. Talking to "normal" people I never feel comfortable and this is backed by research (IQ communication gaps).
