An old employer of mine was the owner and manager of the bar & grill I worked at. He was in a wheelchair and had been for a few years. He was also one of the most confident and genuine guys I'd ever met. He'd buy girls drinks and use the lap offer jokingly but most girls went for it.

You know man, I've been struggling with this too. I think it's almost exactly what you said: we are reminded that we are not always desirable to every woman. We worry about the "what if he's better than me in bed" question. It's just part of having an ego. And I'm sure women feel the same way about a guy with a bunch of girls. I'm gonna chalk it up to just being a guy and having an ego. I'm open to any other interpretations though.

My first solo night out, I went to a club that I frequent with friends, but all of them were either working or already had plans.
