If a woman is raped, it is common for the masses to say "oh, we'll she shouldn't have been wearing a miniskirt!" or "She led him on, it doesn't surprise me she was raped." Think about that for a second. A victim (male or female) should NOT be considered the culprit in sexual assault. The logical response to someone wearing a miniskirt is not to rape them. The majority of women on 2X are rational, responsible women who want to have a discussion about women's issues. I feel like the core of feminism is equality, rather than female dominance, but the entirety of feminism is condemned because of the loud minority. I can see why false allegations of rape are not often discussed in a woman-centric subreddit: not because they are condoned, but because they are not an issue (primarily) pertinent for women. But in all my time browsing that particular subreddit, I have never seen a single post that supports or condones false rape accusations. I think it is universally acknowledged that accusing someone of a crime that they did not commit is absolutely wrong, and no one in our society should be okay with that.
