Basically, we agreed for her to be a SAHM during the height of the pandemic when things were getting crazy, but yeah daycare is definitely more enriching when they're 1+ yo. Are you sure they get half of everything though? Even premarital assets? Other comments seem to disagree with that.

Both of us worked during the day ( her as a SAHM) and then split household tasks 50/50 after I got home.

If custody is 50/50 should child support even be on the table? She's returned to work, but is making 1/3 of what I do, she's still not entitled to alimony?

But when the wife and husband purchases their home together and the stay at home mom provides childcare to 2 children (which is incredibly expensive) why should she get nothing?
