You cited a paper showing people who married early tend to divorce so you said marriages end in divorce because of this factor.

Because from our past interactions you just seemed to consistently argue with me. That the arguments used by hook up culture is invalidate. The idea that young people can't love and need to have casual sex inorder to get out of their system to be in a monogamous relationship as older is wrong and not set in stone. All it does creates a self fulfilling prophecy
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 06:07 PM

I was just playing with your own rhetoric
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 06:04 PM

I have met some women here who do want to talk to me in good faith and some men as well. It's shame there is no good faith discussion communities around dating culture
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 06:04 PM

Some you definitely deserve to be mocked and ridiculed
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:59 PM

In what way is it not worth critisimg. Everything should be critized and explored. I am pretty curious as to why hook up culture exist and what is causing to exist. They only people who disdain any criticism of hook up culture are people who benefit from it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:58 PM

Region chasing is due to environmental factors not genes. The change in environment is what causes these animals to move to new locations not their genes. Even genes themselves are shaped by environmental factors. Epigenetics is the whole science about how environment affects genes.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:57 PM

Behaviors are mainly coded by environmental factors not genes by themselves. Genes have minimal impact in behavior, especially with humans.

I defend people conducting their sex life in the way they see fit, as long as they don't bother others. Not sure why this seems a controversial concept to so many people. This issue with this is that it stops any exploration on why certain behavior occurs. It's a shut down mechanism. I said that shame is a factor in much of the regret experienced by women, not that women don't have casual sex because of shame. It's perfectly possible to have no shame about casual sex and still not have it. It's …
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:53 PM

Sure but not the ones in good faith though
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:43 PM

Yeah 👍
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:38 PM

But they do invade cities and hunt dogs at night, they might not live in those cities but clearly they are leaving their natural habitat to hunt prey somewhere else. The destruction of their habitat is changing their behavior not the genes. Because of the glaciers melting polar bears began mating with grizzlies. It's not within their so called genes to do that but they are doing that due to environmental change.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:38 PM

Yeah that dude was mocking me though. It's was the lift dude. My opinion is critiquing hook up culture
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:34 PM

I will bite I. I am a traditional romantic dude who believes the youth can commit and is capable of serious love. Virginity shows that the person is capable of waiting for someone special and not interested in loosing it for the sake of loosing it. I am virgin myself and don't plan to loose it till marriage or serious relationship. I grew up with romantic anime and movies such as whisper in the heart and howls moving castle. The romantic ideals from these movies offered me solance during terribl…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:33 PM

Not everyone feels that way though
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:27 PM

Because women often times demonize jealous in men to the point where they act like they never get jealous
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:25 PM

How is my opinion infantilizing or insulting to others. Are we not allowed to critique things? Because they say things like well I don't see that happening in my life, so I think we should just ignore your experience. I am not talking about you specifically am I? I am talking about my experience with the sex positive liberals here
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:16 PM

Anatomical features are coded by genes but behaviors are not. Sure genes limit behaviors to an extent but they don't code for them. The four laws of behavioral genetics seem to focus on genetic twins which in my opinion does not invalidate the extensive research on how the environment impacts the behavior or organisms at all. If lepords is genetically coded to live in forests and hunt deers why then would they go to urban cities to hunt dogs?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:12 PM

It doesn't matter what I believe, I am just pointing out the logical errors purported but the sex positive liberals in this subreddit

Not really all it's doing is showing you that you are not intelligent enough to engage in good faith discussion. You are more interested in showing off your small ego.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:07 PM
1

How does that have to do with me saying "I want sex desperately" you are really not making any logical sense. Again your attempts at mockery is not getting you anywhere at all
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:03 PM

Don't listen to this person she is a hypocrite. She married early or is in a serious relationship with highschool sweet heart or something but advocates for young adults todelay serious relationship. I only advocated for young adults and teens to date seriously.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:02 PM

I never argued for teenagers to marry lol. I just want to call out the behavior of people in this subreddit before I delete this account
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 05:00 PM

I am talking about me, look at my recent comments and the responses. People wanted to mock me for pointing out my issues with sex positive liberals. But people often present their own experience as to invalidate the experience of the opponent. You argue like a scientist would.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 04:57 PM

As I pointed out red pill bros do this as well
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 04:54 PM
1

Your attempts of mockery is really not accomplishing anything here. I don't care about getting sex not sure where you came up with that. You just want to shut me down because you are scared that you cannot genuinely engage an intellectual conversation. It's ok bro not everyone can have a good faith conversation
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 04:53 PM

Genetics don't code for human behavior that much. Evolution also does not code for modern behavior that much either. Human and animal behavior are often shaped by the environment. For example the lepords in India go after dogs because their environment is being destroyed in which the population of prey species dwindle
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 04:51 PM

No I have no interest in going back in time, I want something new.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 04:48 PM
1

Your resort to mockery does not challenge anything what I said. Are you trying to embarrass yourself her
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 04:43 PM

So from my interactions in this sub I have noticed how sex positive liberals debate in here. I want to preface that I am not red pill bro or trad con man. These so called blue pill folks or I call them sex positive liberals use these 6 main types of strategy to debate. Mockery, invalidation, broken record, appeal to nature, academic tone, and counter anecdotes. Mocking is self explanatory. They might say like touch grass or are you ok bro in a mean and vile way. Point out how their mockery does …

When did I say that? You know liberalism is also a philosophical ideology rather than just a political party right. I am talking about the liberalism invented by the people of the enlightenment era
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/23 04:18 PM

I'm not a "supporter" of hookup culture. I'm not interested in getting people to hook up more, and I don't even believe that hookup culture is even a thing outside a small number of social circles. I'm just noticing that harms of hookup culture are almost always brought into the argument when the topics are feminism or anything female-related, even though statistically men are more likely to be encouraged to hook up, and this encouragement is much more prevalent in the frat and alethic circles, …

I am thinking of making a post in this sub between how sex positive liberals here debate and how to better engage them or explaining my political and philosophicql ideology regarding romantic relationships

We need more people like you in this society, we must keep traditional romantic values alive (not traditional gender roles)

This makes me think you support and advocate for hook up culture. You are argument is kind of lack luster in that you are missing some sociological factors that would paint the full picture of the situation. There are good amount of both women and men regretting casual sex and there are some that don't but the thing is it stems from their philosophical beliefs around sex. I would guess women who grew up believing sex to be romantic tend to regret more than women who grew up decoupling sex. That …

I actually did not like silent voice because I don't think the main character was that defensive to the deaf girl when the bully girl kept on bullying her. I also don't like how in the end the deaf girl became friends with the bullying girl who had no character development?

For divorce couples should try to resolve problems to their best ability. If it's unresolvable then divorce I suppose. Delaying marriage won't make us wise decision makers lol. Marriage is a social construct. Couples you have been together for five years are same as married couples who have been together five years. Communication and conflict resolution skills is what makes the change. Your last sentence makes you sound like a liberal feminist tbh. They are so obsessed with divorce rather than r…

It also harms men. There have been studies showing men experience postcoit dysphoria after sex. https://www.psypost.org/2020/04/study-on-postcoital-dysphoria-finds-men-can-suffer-inexplicable-negative-feelings-after-sex-not-just-women-56525 The rhetoric men can't feel emotions from sex is just a myth perpetuated by charlatans. Yeah not only that but people want to make sex seem meaningless objectively. They say people shouldn't value sex as meaningful at all as that causes problems.

I agree with you there

Yeah the everyday feminist article talked about aromanticism and how they don't like man and woman lead falling in love. There is even a book that said like you think the male and female leads will fall in love think again. I mean there is no problem with leads not falling in love but why make it a big deal. Obsession with divorce reinforce idea that the divorce rate is natural and only way to reduce is to make it illegal or harder to obtain. They refuse to believe things can change for the bett…

The redpill movement was hijacked by grifters and petty bourgeois men looking to make money and show off their status. You are correct it's saddening how these toxic mauraders are spreading their toxicity to lonely men just to exploit their brand.

It's ok if you don't remember me that's irrelevant to me. Feminist do discuss paternal uncertainty though they have written stuff about tribal society
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 08:34 PM
1

I don't want culture to lean towards separating the two. I want to fight back against this cultural trend. They are different like how egg whites and yolk are different things but often are together. Romance evolved from sex there is no denying that at all. I do know the history of prostitution not the fairy tale lie that liberal media likes to espouse
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 08:33 PM

Who says I am no their side. They are as much of enemy to me as the sex positive romance. Anyone who threatens culture of traditional romance is my enemy.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 08:29 PM

I am not going to respond to the first part as I don't think it would be a productive conversation based on our past interactions. Paternal certaintity is the idea of not knowing who is the biological father is. Often times with articles about tribal society the author romanticizes paternal uncertainty as an indicator of female liberation
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 08:04 PM

Because growing up I viewed sex as a romantic activity like kissing so when I had sexual thoughts it felt more comforting and safe. In a way it enhances my feelings towards sex. I would want to maintain that cultural norm for that reason. Prostitution is a mechanism that not only decouples sex from romance but it commodifies sex. It's predicted on exploitation of women which in turn often times makes women distaste romance, monogamy, and men.

I have mixed feelings about feminism as a whole. I support women liberation from oppression and same rights as men but there other aspects of feminism I don't like and disdain. Some positives: calling out toxic traits in men such as cat calling, fight against domestic abuse and victim blaming, equal rights, legalizing abortions, and critiquing poorly written women in media Some negatives: decoupling sex from romance, advocation of prostitution, undermining negative emotions in men, romanizing fe…

Maybe you should try talking me I think I can offer a more pleasant conversation. I am not progressive by any means but I think I have better ideas and better stance than red pills and incels. It's best to see new perspectives so the old ones don't drag you down
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/23 07:48 AM

No because that is acting out of self interest not selfishness. A women having abortion does not harm others. Maybe society has to make it easier to raise kids and build better hospitals where it's safer to give birth. No one can consent to be born so that does not matter here.
