So everyone that hates on it, is a low smv incel.. really? Take some steps back and really see what you are doing: using the internet to haggle after attention from women that are faceglued to their phones. The 90's nerd dreams have truly come true. But anyway, a valid way to enjoy the decline I guess. Some disadvantages (these don't apply to everyone, I know): - Tinder can act as a buffer, to not approach in the real world - The constant matching messes with your reward system, via your dopamin…

I agree, a natural muscular look is IMO more impressive than an overdone anabolic steroid look. Good examples are the Ambiorix statue: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ambiorix#/media/File:Ambiorix.jpg and the Farnese Heracles statue: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Farnese_Hercules#/media/File:Herakles_Farnese_MAN_Napoli_Inv6001_n01.jpg . That kind musculature is an achievable goal for a natty, it's hard work though. I can't help it, but every time I see a roided guy walking around I feel like he 'c…

I agree that this is the natural behavior. But before the social barrier, that is now partialy gone, the problem was mitigated by harsh living conditions and violence. Wars, murder, etc made sure that a too big male population auto-corrected itself. And the harsh living conditions also kept hypergamy in check. IMO our current peaceful and rich society, with crumbling social barriers and of course with easily available anti-conception, is a true breeding ground for hypergamy and unseen before in …

Interesting observation, it's always nice to read replies that go against the current. Just some additional thoughts: Maybe this effect is due to an SMV disparity that is to big (or grew to big) for the hindbrain to emotionally maintain a steady LTR? If one enters a relationship with a NAWALT that is near his own SMV, it would be hard to grew tired of her no? Maybe the NAWALT is really an AWALT (because AWALT), but she chooses to maintain NAWALT behavior because she senses her SMV is way below y…

Also a software dev here.. The biggest issue to tackle is IMO the database you would be using. Orbit-db is a good example of a true p2p db: https://github.com/orbitdb/orbit-db/blob/master/README.md Please read the background info: https://github.com/orbitdb/orbit-db/blob/master/GUIDE.md#background It should be possible to program a site around it, but this won't be similar to writing a 'normal' webapplication, it's working with a new paradigm. And it suffers from the same issue any p2p solution …

Nice post. I fully agree on the offline part, but the "out of area" part seems difficult to me. Random hookups using cold approach are extremely rare for me, I need some social proof or established status in a group to get a decent interaction with a female going. The corollary is that I can't remain incognito..

Anyone have any suggestions for toppings to throw in, was thinking some onions and green peppers. You could try to bake a quiche the evening before, and heat it in the microwave for breakfast. For example: https://www.yummly.com/recipe/Spinach-quiche-307093?prm-v1 Skip the cream cheese, replace it by a tad more milk and 2 more egg whites.

It's peacocking. Too bad there isn't a great (classy) looking digital watch on the market.

I've the same problem with 'daygame' (which I would prefer massively over tinder). I live in a small town, do I just walk around aimlessly until there's a female walking around without a man on her side? What are the odds of that.. Venturing on a daily basis to the closest big city would be the best bet I guess. But how to seem purposeful over there? Just walking loops every day?

It's a popular view to see languages as 'more important' than others by number of speakers. But imo that's bullocks. English is the de facto 'pidgeon' language. Everyone, in the west, speaks it. Want to do some serious research, science, technology or engineering? You will need english or german. Want to tell factory workers what to do? You'll need spanish, mandarin, hindi, ... And mandarin? It's more difficult to do serious STEM research with mandarin as the written symbols need to be interpret…

I'm always happy to socialize and talk between sets. Nothing wrong with some comradery IMO (in any setting, not only the gym). I see them all the time, the types like OP with cans on their ears, with a demeanor that resonates "I'm here to drone away, there's nothing but air around me". Nothing wrong with that either, but they don't necessarily work harder during the sets or make measurable faster progress (those not on juice anyway). Bottom line, go to the gym, but don't shy away from having som…

It's only legal by court order. Private tests result in hefty fines and even jail time. All thanks to feminized psychologists that believe that the one who raises a child is the 'real father' of the child (sociologically speaking, which could be in a sense true, but not regarding alimony (hence why it's possible to get it by court order)). They believe this legislation is important to 'keep the peace' within families.

You don't do bars anymore because of your age, so what are your preferred venues where you can have some success as an older guy?

Simple, try to flirt IRL, not on SC.

I like your reasoning, but could you give an example of these boundaries?: The key with LTR's is to set boundaries that would have to be broken way before cheating every occurred

Go to college! IMO it's not the easy way out, it'll take work, you'll improve upon yourself, make new friends,.. You're offered an education and you're going to refuse? Seems mad to me. After college there's always time for work: a) when you fail college, b) when you're done with college. But aim for the white collar job. you'll advance on the (perceived?) social ladder, which has it's rewards. Another point: if you don't educate yourself, you run the risk that you'll have to work for someone wh…

What do y'all think about the increased risk of prostate cancer when not ejaculating regularly? Source: http://www.medicaldaily.com/frequent-ejaculation-may-reduce-prostate-cancer-risk-how-orgasm-protects-against-334018 tl;dr: The results showed men who ejaculated at least 21 times a month reduced their risk for prostate cancer by 20 percent compared to men who ejaculated four to seven times a month.

Lifting is about fitness and strength of our body. If you are overweight, you have more to gain with cardio training (running!, swimming!) than with lifting. Lifting gives a healthy cardiovascular body strength, but is no substitute for cardio training. Focus first on getting that healthy cardiovascular body!

That might have little effect. These things need first hand experience to act as a catalyst to understanding RP. Mistakes will, and have to be, made. Everyone is a naive idealist at first, no?

I would focus on IDGAF-like confidence concerning the height difference. Act like it never crosses your mind + be prepared to withstand some shit test about it.

I would certainly not make fun of her. That's pathetic and a sign of weakness. Be professional, treat her like any coworker; in a civilized and kind way. Do your own thing, don't be influenced by all your emotions, that screams DLV. Focus on DHV. On quiting: stop choosing the easy way out. If it's to advance yourself to a better job: do it ASAP.

I wouldn't do them.. Just run more km's, and frequently uphill, to develop leg strength. Edit: I'd only do squats with a machine similar to this: https://images.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.hudsonsteelco.com%2Fhud14%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2014%2F02%2FLeg_Press_Machine_04_01.jpg&f=1

Pull ups Dumbell push press, while seated against something with back support Push ups Sit ups Running: aim for 10km under 50' Avoid deadlifts, bent over row, etc, -forever-. Don't fuck up your spinal cord for the rest of your life. 'But I maintain perfect posture yadayada..': save this post, read it again when you're 60 (provided reddit still exists) and man up to the fact that you can't but acknowledge this wisdom.
