Here's one response...I just wanted to clarify that in Queensland rape has not been removed from the Criminal Code. It has however been amended to largely remove gender bias. But there is still a separate section regarding sexual assaults. One has not replaced the other. I'm not sure about the other states though. I imagine it's harder I the UK to change definitiona because they don't have a criminal code.
