You are so spot on! Last time I wanted to have this talk he wouldn't give me the chance because he was passed up for a promotion and I needed to be there for support. I didn't think he would have the audacity to contact me after that, but these LVM have no limits. He tried contacting me to explain that he only reacted so strongly because he loves me so much. I blocked him right then and there. Thank you for the advice! The list is definitely going to help me stay strong.

You're so right! Things like this just have to be done, the timing is never going to be perfect. For the first time in a long time I slept great and I woke up feeling so re-energized. It's amazing how negative energy can affect our bodies. I bet you wouldn't be surprised to know he has been trying to contact me to "get some closure" and to explain that "he only reacted so strongly because he loves me so much" Such a child!
