1	Opinions Discreetly get a few hairs of each child and save them separately. Send them out for DNA to make sure they are biologically your kids, it’s about $100 a test. 3	Help Desk, Certifications? In my neck of the woods, the A+ is a basic competency and foot in the door to do help desk. Can’t hurt but probably not needed...I do lotus domino (email) admin work currently, so I have certs with ibm stuff. Generally I would say Microsoft certs, maybe try to figure out what your career path will be and then go from there. So like networking go N+, Cisco, etc.... better advice from someone in that area of expertise persay. 1	I very much want to go my own way... I have concerns about earning enough money to actually live solo. A lot of the r/vandweller sub would disagree with the thought on homelessness being illegal - or being something to avoid in my humble opinion. Some people need to roam, and the life on the roads suits them well. Are they homeless - or just not paying the absurd taxes that come with owning land? What I will say is this. Some portion of van dwellers (I am not one currently) have a converted van that is more like a "poor mans RV" so to speak. It could be parked at campgrounds. See if there is a local cabinet maker or woodworking furniture shop that would hire you, even as an intern or apprentice. You'll likely make less than you are at your current job, tell them you have say 10-15 hours available at the cabinet shop and try to work around your current job. Give it a month woodworking - you'll probably be doing menial work like running stock through a planner, jointer and table saw or something and cleaning. I spent a Sumer framing houses before I got a degree in IT. Another thing to consider is some states are making college titution free of you meet residency requirements before and / or after the degree. NY is one of those states. Look into this. I'm mid 30s and I've seen a lot of my peers financially destroyed by student loans. I am fortunate to have my paid off at 29, but I had to live at home 4 yrs after graduation to make that happen. 1	Excited to begin life as an RV fulltimer! So would you tow with your truck? Heavy duty?i guess your are long term at campgrounds which is fine, I thought about both and a sprinter, high top, decked out gives you more parking options. It isn't 4x4, but towing the weight you are and any HD highway towing decked out truck sure isn't made for mud ... what's the toy you're putting in the toyhauler? Atv, jet ski, motorcycle?
