If you had a gun on you, saw this woman killing her children, would you choose to shoot her and save the children? Or just throw the gun on the ground and be like "nah idk, she might be innocent, someone could be putting her up to it. I'd rather wait for the 'evidence' to come in." So yeah, stick to the justice system, but people who are heartless are literally heartless and don't deserve to live. Self-defense is a reason we can kill someone and stay innocent.
