I've recently consulted a shrink to deal with my depression. I feel like I have to do a lot of talking and get very little input. Moreover since he cannot prescribe medication, I'm not too keen on just counselling. I know that it can help, Its just that I feel I've reached a point where my sleep cycle, and appetite definitely needs medical intervention.

Personally, the key is not concentrate on whether you have make up or not, but to focus on how you can show him that you are the same with or without it. Unless you have really eminent cosmetic flaws that are easily noticeable without makeup, guys can't tell the difference if it's a basic skin routine like BB cream, eyeliner and the sorts. But Trust me, after you show him a really good time, outdoors and then in bedroom, he's not even going to notice.
