2	San Diego PD are known for being nice, in this case very nice to a poor little lamb that lost her way. Officers react to their environment. If your being a dick they will return the favor. They're not gonna throw someone around when they are barely conscious...That's a use of force lawsuit. Still this is scary that someone could be so irresponsible to pass out in the middle of the freeway at night.
