4	Far Cry 3 and "rape" Though I haven't played Far Cry 3, the description you gave is full blown rape. Rape doesn't have to involve penetration at all. Rape has to do with non-consensual sex, which can involve force or the other person under the influence of drugs/alcohol. TL;DR Rape doesn't have involve penetration.
