Going through this since last 2.5 years...there is no answer to deal with this feeling. Hanging in there... Life without kids sucks but life is much much better than being in toxic relationship. Looks almost similar to my situation except this is ours first marriage. Go to lawyer, some provide pro bono consultation. First thing that you should do is move out, start living separately. At beginning it’s difficult, detaching yourself from kids ( if you have kids) is hardest part in this transition. I am cured going through it, moved out one month ago.
