2	So.... it worked? biased input data/a model that doesn't work and connections in a neural net are not comparable. Define doesn't work The model was asked to predict performance outcomes and did its job. People keep conflating SJW-hijacked 'bias' for actual statistical bias. Actual statistical bias is trivial to measure in model performance and this model had none. 3	So.... it worked? You're getting downvoted because you're wrong. 1: Bias, in the statistical sense, is an inherently required component for inference models to work. If we removed all the biases from all the neurons in a human brain, they'd die in the next few minutes. 2: The amazon model was trained on performance data. The only way to argue that it carried on pre-existing discrimination is to claim that it's a second-order effect. 32	I’m a woman with “anxiety and mental issues” therefore I don’t need to comply with police... gets comically dragged from car. No it hasn't. The only thing in the constitution is freedom of access to information. But as far using foul language goes, especially towards police, people get done for it all the time.
