Perhaps not happiness so much as contentment. They are different things. Also self confidence. Happiness is when you achieve something. Contentment is when you understand that you aren't missing anything important. Confidence isn't just the ability to accept a challenge head on, it's the ability to walk away from a challenge knowing that, yes you could, but you don't need to.
